I actually know someone pretty close (cousin) to Hernandez.

From what I can gather happened.. And take it with a grain of salt... The dude Odin was hanging out with Hernandez and a bunch of other guys related to him. The were smoking lots and lots of weed. Odin was given a bunch of cash to go score more weed (maybe more). He was killed in a drug deal gone bad. Because of the drugs being used at Hernandez house he smashed the video tapes and hired a cleaning crew.

The guy killed, Odin, was also his girlfriends sisters boyfriend.. At face, not much motive to murder.

Well the smart thing to do is to avoid a weed rap. Destroying the evidence proving your story sounds like a great plan.

Yeah why do people think offing someone is the right course of action? Especially nowadays with all of the forensic technology and advanced investigation techniques. I can see if they were smoking a ton of coke or something and they were trying to cop a good amount from some shady motherfuckers, then MAYBE, just MAYBE someone could get killed over some shit like that. But some fucking weed? They werent copping an amount to sell, they were getting some to SMOKE, if that flimsy inside story isnt BS. So given that fact, you are talking maybe less than an ounce of pot, (which is not a crime to posses in te commonwealth). No one is getting popped for that. You can get an eighth of some fire bud from a 16 year old loser who plays Call of Duty and eats pizza rolls.

I actually know Hernandez baby mommas sister, Shereen. And that bitch tell me that her boyfriend Ray-Ray was with them and what really went down is some aliens and shit showed up. Luckily they all pack heat for defense purposes, which was smart because these aliens were packing ray guns. Shit flew around, furniture moved, and when the smoke cleared that boy Odin and his daddy Thor were shot up good by Loki and those other Norse Alien Raiders.

Hernandez being the Saint that he is, handed out AK-47s, some 9mm, and a half a pound of weed to take with us because he knew the cops be all misunderstanding this type of innocent shit. Ray-Ray tells him you better bust up your phone, and all those cameras otherwise they might see us smoking some weed up in this mother fucker. Arrest warrant issued for obstruction of justice reportedly.

FOX25 reported Thursday that sources confirmed video evidence of Hernandez and two other men wearing hooded sweatshirts walking into Hernandez's home within minutes of neighbors hearing gunshots.

From FOX25:

Neighbors say they heard the gunshots between 3 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. Monday morning, but did not report it to police right away.

Just about an hour before Hernandez was caught on video walking into his home, Hernandez was seen at Lloyd's home in Dorchester.

Hernandez is probably going tO get charged w murder at some point but i doubt they have enough evidence to convict without a reasonable doubt unless they find the murder weapon and some how link it to Hernandez.

It will be hard to find 12 people who don't hate the Patriots, Hernandez is screwed if it goes to trial.
