if the end of this season means the end of Ireland and Philbin I can't really be too upset. Philbin's obviously way over his head when it comes to being a head coach and just needs to stick to being an OC. Ireland on the other hand, I hope he has a really nice resume because he's pretty much done in football.

Morons spend so much money on Mike Wallace and don't even utilize him.

Yeah I have a feeling there's going to be a mass exodus of our staff.

This is Miami Dolphins football. You guys are only noticing it now because it's a prime time game. This is the same shit we've seen for the past 15-20 years.

No way Ireland gets another job as a GM. Unless of course he goes back to being Jerry Jones lap dog.

I'd genuinely feel bad for Dallas fans if Ireland was hired there. I don't wish that cancer on my worst enemy.

Wasn't able to watch the Bears game yesterday so not much to say there. I really like everything Trestman had done up to this point but starting a gimpy Cutler and now defending that decision sort of takes away all the goodwill he had built up in my mind, McCown had the hot hand and they blew it. Oh well, on to 2014.

How far ahead do these MNF games get chosen?

There's no way that someone in the last 5 years was looking at a NFL calendar and thought to themselves "Tampa vs. Miami? What an exciting battle of the titans deserving of a prime time slot!"

Don't we have this discussion every week now?

Schedule comes out before the season starts. Every team is now given a primetime game, since Sunday night is reserved for good games, they pawn off the shit ones on Monday and Thursday nights.
