Both Vikings and Bears had only 1 less win than the Packers in the 2012 season.Pretty sure every year we see people say the Packers are 6-10 without Rodgers. (This is wrong - I'm not sure they win 4 games without him*.)
Every year I see too many people say "This is the year Packers get knocked out of playoff contention!" Why, exactly? Does anyone (aside from Chicago homers) really think Chicago has the better team than Green Bay this year (assuming no injuries)?
Bears have a better defense, better running backs, and even a better o-line this year at least on paper, also better receivers. The only position that the Packers excel at is QB, and having Rodgers basically guarantees them at least an 8-8 season even if they replaced the entire team with convicts from Longest Yard
