If Garrett is still around after black Monday then I will have the shocked look on my face. Who the fuck expected Dallas to beat Philly with Orton? Only dumb fucks and homers hoping against all hope thought Dallas might win. I hope they fire the entire coaching staff, I fucking hate Garrett and Jones, Stephen needs to push his daddy out of the luxury box to his death and then be arrested for murder and then Cuban could buy the Cowboys and we would have a real owner that knows how to hire a GM.

It's all sour grapes. Officiating was terrible this year across the entire league. Every team got some shit calls that cost them big.

Other than the fact that Detroit played like shit half of the time, they also got some of the worst (and probably most) bad penalties called against them than any other team in the league. Thug life.

Officials need to be full time employees, its a travesty that they are part time with half ass training programs and shit. Of course we've known this at least since the replacement refs debacles but the league will continue to be shady cheap fucks about it.

He's not getting fired - the team plays hard for him even when you'd expect them not to, and the drafts he has had HC input on have been good compared to when Wade basically let Jerry draft whoever with no input. Their off the field issues have also pretty much disappeared since Garrett purged the locker room of trouble makers. They also are not the most penalized team in the league like they were under Wade.

Changing coaches all the time is a shit way to build a football team - even if Garrett is a relative newbie - changing coaches now will just set the team further back. If you want a new coach then there needs to be wholesale changes like purging the roster of pretty much anyone over the age of 30, including Romo/Witten/Ware, and starting over entirely.

Last week the local radio was talking about coaches on the hot seat with Adam Schefter I believe. They were saying that Garret has been groomed by Dallas, and has a lot of time and money invested in this guy, there is no way they let him go unless he falls on his face next season. Like 3-13 or some shit.

Good luck with that. The majority of officials are very successful off the field. Don't think they will give up their day jobs which make them substantially more.

They need a better replay system. Have a command center with people that are watching all the games and give them the authority to overrule bullshit calls on the fly. How many times have we seen something where it's obviously a bad call and they can't do anything about it because it can't be reviewed? Just get the shit right.
