Everyone in the NFL is juicing. I don't know why Seattle players keep getting caught though.

What's the average NFL salary these days? It's gotta be at least $200,000. You telling me you wouldn't juice in order to assure you keep your $200,000 job? Then you consider the guys making 7 figures, you're damn right they're going to do it. At that point you're using stuff that tests probably won't even detect. There's just too much money there to not. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if either the league or individual teams all have their own juice guys who are there to assure their guys get something undetectable or to make sure the players don't get hit with a positive. The NFL, as a corporation, thrives on these guys being massive.
Average is much much higher then 200k. But I agree that all teams have a lot of steroid use, it's just the dumb ones that get caught.

Wow, I wasn't even close. For some reason I thought it was lower, but maybe I'm just thinking of the last time I looked it up.

For 2013, rookie minimum is $405,000.
1 Year: $480,000
2 Years: $555,000
3 Years: $630,000
4-6 Years: $715,000
7-9 Years: $840,000
10+ Years: $940,000

So yeah. If I were making $400k+ minimum, I'd be roided out of my mind.

Pat McAfee tweeted out a locker room pic of himself being wacky that happened to have some nekkid Andrew Luck action in the background.

Well, the main difference to my mind is the head coach. Carroll is just plain dirty and has been forever. Not saying that the 9ers are completely clean, but there is a world of difference between the occasional chop block and your entire defensive backfield getting routinely suspended for juicing. No way in hell a HC does not know that this shit is going on (among other shady shit in Seattle) when it is happening at that scale. Harbaugh and him both play the refs as much as the game, though. And Harbaugh gets angry a little too easily and loses focus. But, yeah the makeup of the two teams is remarkable similar, which is not suprising as this sort of thing tends to happen when you have two or more contenders in the same division (see NFC North turning into a finesse division in the last decade).
So much wrong with this statement it boggles the mind. Entire backfield routinely getting caught? Okay our 2 starting corners got caught 1 time and our nickle got caught one time. Browner's current suspension is due to pot and a questionable testing policy for players that aren't even employees of the league. But that's not our entire defensive backfield. Our 2 starting safeties haven't tested positive for anything ever. Not excusing the positive tests and I think the HC should bear some responsibility but to say its our entire defensive backfield getting routinely caught is so stupid to be absurd.

Our road schedule wasn't any softer than the other NFC playoff teams. We all averaged playing 2 or 3 playoff teams on the road(with the Eagles being the most at 4).

So please, continue to shit up the thread with your bleeding vagina.

I need a chart on who roots for whom on this board. With multiple columns for three team faggots.

The Ryan Braun defense! Six Seahawks have tested positive since 2011, so yah, your team seems to not be as smart as other teams in the league. Phazael's comment was a joke with actually some truth behind it.

Best idea I've heard in a long time.

The guy getting 1 strike because he didn't take a drug test when he wasn't even in the league is definite BS, though

Agreed on pissing away a 4 TD lead, but an 11 game winner backing into the playoffs?

I hope they keep backing up next year, then.
Didn't KC lose 4-5 of its last 6, once their schedule quit being soft. Good luck at an easy 6-7 wins playing shitty teams next year, since you'll be facing tougher opponents due to your record. You also won't be playing the NFC Least and will instead be playing the NFC Best.

Lifelong Panthers fan, checking in.
Glad you called yourself out as a multi-team faggot. I don't even know what team you root for except for against 49er fans.

I'm a Chargers/49ers fan in the playoffs at this point. Cali Bowl in New York would be great.

Green Bay had a profoundly bad season (for us), but I would hardly call them the worst team in the playoffs or a middle of the road team, especially when Rodgers is under center.
I agree. GB's record was due to Rodgers being injured. With him in there and healthy they are easily better than the Saints and Eagles and probably most of the AFC teams in the playoffs.

Well, Rodgers and Dilfer have the same amount of rings. Dilfer has a better post season win/loss ratio though!

Chargers fan obviously. Hopefully they play better this week. Rivers had a really crappy game against the Bengals. I don't think that will be the case against Denver since you can pass all day long against them.

I've said it before I think the 49ers are a good team. Their offense suffers from being flat at times as much Seattles does. The myth of Seattle being unable to win on the road is in the past. They lost 2 games on the road this year. Less than probably anyone in the playoffs besides the Panther's or Bronco's. That being said I think Carolina and Seattle are the best teams in the Playoff's. That is my personal opinion. I would put San Francisco at 3rd thanks to their defense.
