As I am not a bengals fan...did they draft nothing but offensive lineman? I know they got a WR but he isn’t blocking any defensive tackles.

They did pick a kicker.

A third of Burrow's sacks last year were coverage sacks so Chase should be an improvement to Burrow's sack rate in that regard.

I'm no bengals fan but I hope Burrow's knee heals better than Palmers. Burrow looked like he was going to make that division fun to watch with all four teams being decent at once.

I'm not exactly sure what has changed, if it is technology or better surgeons, some of both, but coming back from knee injuries doesn't seem nearly as harsh as it used to be. Faster heal times/rehab, the whole thing seems far better these past few years

He was scrambling or eating sacks every game and was injured when one of his own linemen blocked a defender into him, but I'm sure that has nothing to do with the Bungles.

Apparently he didn't care too much, since he lobbied hard for them to take Chase at #5 instead of Sewell or Slater to be his LT.

I get that he isn't their star RB or anything, but man the 49ers injuries are already kicking off.

There goes me being able to get Trey Sermon late in fantasy drafts. Hopefully he still lasts a little later than he should be.

Yeah I read they could be super fucked since the call was made in California and they have that law where both people have to consent to be recorded.

Depends on the injury. McKenzie Milton (UCF QB) got hurt in the last regular season game of 2018 and hasn't played since. He transferred to FSU this offseason and should start there this year. All injuries are not created equal. From everything I heard his was eerily similar to Alex Smith, hopefully his recovery is as successful too.

You're crazy to ever want any 49ers RB!

I agree for the most part, but I mean if I'm drafting a guy in Rounds 8-10 we're not talking about someone I'm counting on as a starter anyways. Plus if you combine Mostert and Wilson's years from last season...it was pretty good. But they both get hurt at good bit (Wilson already laid up), and even after adding Gallman as a free agent they still took Sermon in the 3rd (I think the 3rd). It's just a potential high upside dart throw.

His injury has nothing to do with the team or draft position. It was a freak accident. And if you wouldnt take 30 mil for that, youre an idiot.
His injury has a lot to so with the team and the protection they are putting on the field for him.

Merrith Merrith and Herbert thanks him for his stupidity.

Isn't the cap jump so big because it went down this season?

For the most part, yes, but $25.7M jump is pretty crazy. Any team that didn't have cap issues this year might be in a pretty good spot for free agency next season.

Looks like Adam Vinatieri announced his retirement, although I don't think he played last year.

He's 48, so Brady will now want to play longer than that to beat that lol
