He's just going to need time to develop. The athleticism is there on some of these throws, escapability, mobility. Whether or not he can learn to read D's or adjust to pressure (two decently tough defenses and under a lot of pressure so far not helping) is another question entirely. Also clearly needs more time to really gel with his WR.
Stroud spoiled us all last year and through 2 weeks this year.
