That dinner scene with the black family looks like it could be gold.

Looks great, but I was really looking forward to the rumored plot of them saving Veronica from her home on whore island.

Everything Must Go was awful. Not is fault, but just a shit movie that never should have been made.

Stranger Than Fiction was great, reason I was so disappointed in the former.

OK, I just filled out my Ferrell movie agenda by finally watching The Other Guys, and any of you who don't get the genius in taht movie should go back to you homes... on whore island.

I also fear for this movie because the first Anchorman was so iconic I fear it won't be possible to live up to it.

Ferrell was the best part of Wedding Crashers as well. moral to the story, a little Ferrell goes a long way. +1 for Step Brothers as well.
Vince Vaughn, Rachel McAdams and the other girl were the best parts of Wedding Crashers actually.

Only part I laughed at in the trailers was when Brick had no legs doing the weather.

Ferrell has the same sort of cult of personality that Sandler does. The primary difference is that Ferrell still tries, and still manages to be funny once in a while.

He does the 3 characters that he does better than anybody else.

Bill Burr he ain't, but it's an entirely different style of comedy. He's a modern one man 3 stooges.

As far as Anchorman2 -- well, it might be better than Hangover 3. The problem with this crew of comedians is that they're starting to lose the distinction between "That was a fun movie to make" and "That was a fun movie to watch".

Who can blame them, they're getting rich as fuck for showing up.

Yeah I never watch TV but got a new one over the holiday, had news on in the background, and all of a sudden Ron Burgundy was on. Me and the wife thought we were imagining shit, then we thought it was SNL, then we realized he was in our podunk town doing our podunk news in a town where nothing ever happens, ever. Total WTF moment. Was never a huge Ferrell fan, but that is pretty cool and will probably see the movie now.

Apparently he's also in studio co-hosting the Dan Patrick Show for the last two hours on Thursday if any of you watch/listen to that.
