Nyssa shares the same blood as Ra's? is it possible that Merlyn somehow gets Thea to kill her off to finally cure the bloodlust and thus ridding him of his one real enemy?

Both have contacts high up in the police force.
Both can easily be contacted by the police when needed.
Both have a no killing policy.
Both only seem to do their vigilantism at night.
Both have a love interest dressed in a black tight suit named after an animal (Catwoman/Black Canary)
Both were presumed dead for years, while in the meantime receiving training in all sorts of martial arts and other (weapons) tactics

Where the comics started to change Oliver, the TV series is doing everything in there power to make it even closer.

1) Continually adding Batman Villains to the show
2) Keeping Oliver's personality serious and dark where the variations of Green Arrow have shown him more of a light hearted ,Sarcastic Womanizer before N52

Destruction of a city
In Batman Begins an organization named The League Of Shadows, led by Ra's Al Ghul, comes to Gotham City to destroy a hazardous neighborhood called the Narrows by using a machine created by Wayne Industries.

In the first season of Arrow successful business man Malcolm Merlyn, who was once a member of The League Of Assassins (led by Ra's Al Ghul) tries to destroy a hazardous neighborhood named the Glades in Starling City with a machine created by Queen Consolidated.

In both cases they succeed partially as Batman/Arrow stop it in the middle of the process saving a lot of lives but not all.

Copycats
The Dark Knight started out with Batman being the inspiration for regular people in Gotham City to dress themselves up as well and take on crime.

The second season of Arrow started off with the Arrow being the inspiration for regular people in Starling City to dress themselves up as well and take on crime.

Fear drugs
In Batman begins The Scarecrow uses a certain self-developed gas which causes the person spread with it to see their greatest fear as if it was real. In The Dark Knight he's trying to sell it as a street drug. In Arrow there's a character named The Count who has made a drug called Vertigo. After his death another guy who names himself Vertigo modifies the Vertigo formula so that it will make the user see their greatest fear. This results in similar hallucination scenes in both Batman Begins and Arrow.

Mask
Speaking of The Scarecrow: His costume merely exists of a burlap sack-like mask. In the second season of Arrow Sebastian Blood uses nothing more than a skull mask to disguise himself, making him very reminiscent of The Scarecrow. He also uses drugs on people just like Scarecrow albeit with different effects.

City takeover
In The Dark Knight Rises Bane takes over the city aided by The League Of Shadows. In Arrow Slade Wilson tries to take over the city with an army of Mirakuru Soldiers.



4) A whole year of Batman story lines with Shadow of the Bat.

5) The fact that Arrow has his own version of Oracle, they are almost identical with them really driving it home recently with the spinal injury

6) The whole Speedy Resurrection thing has a lot in common with Jason Todd.

7) Huntress being on the show a character tied to the Batman Family, and Birds of Prey.

8) They have a BatCave even Cisco made a joke about it

He rides a Duccati Diavel as Oliver



And a green themed Ducati Monster Diesel as arrow complete with a bow holder.

Except Green Arrow has his own story-lines. 75 years of them in fact yet the shows producers continually lift from Batman. A fact the shows producers have gone on record saying they are unapologetic about ,and will continue to steal stories from that hero.

Of course, I also thought they weren't going to make Wells the reverse flash last year since he seemed so obvious from the beginning so who knows if they even attempt or care about misdirections.

we have the doohicky darhk is working on which may be a motherbox or a magic swastika or something or other.

felicity's dad is rumored to be The Calculator who will be showing up soon.
too many variables that could shape up the end of the season, that i wouldnt bet on anything being certain.
