By the media/government/ESG money/ideological zealots/radical advocates within these companies; finally though, those sources of funding are running out and consumers are becoming outspoken/radicalized by developers' continued inclusion of these elements in spite of market signals for change. The use of IP for social engineering at this overt level has failed and the push/blowback will continue to get worse as corporations keep at it despite all the market signals to the contrary. This is probably a good synopsis of what we're seeing. Residually coasting on things that were already in development and will flop. Snow White is the other big one. I guess media trails behind culture by 6-12 months. Though from my perspective the culture was already over identity politics many years ago and just kept getting dragged along with it by media. I guess hoping we'd all "fall in" and get used to it or whatever. Well, hopefully we can all get a break now, which ironically would actually help race/cultural relations a lot more than what they've been doing.
Uhhhh, what? How are you always this comically out of touch with reality.
Is this one of these situations where they are supposed to sell it 5 times more than any previous AC game to break even? Because Steam numbers seem to indicate it being about as successful as their most successful AC game, so I am not sure what the wishful doom and gloom is about.
After analysis, this is not true. AC Odyssey is the game of the serie that had the most concurrent Steam users and it was released Day1 on Steam. That being said, the best selling AC game as far as number of copies go is AC3, but thanks to increase in price, the one that had the most sales in dollars is AC Valhalla. (all with a grain a salt since sales data for video games are not the most reliable). This is the first game they released on Steam. Those other games came to Steam years after releasing. And it's doing the same numbers. Aka no one bought it.
just slapass a dlc with Mia and all will be guud....GUUDYea they spent a ton of money and angered japan over it

I can't check since LLR is too incompetent to have the search function fixed but do you actually ever post in this subforum or are you just parachuting in to defend this dumpster fire? For all his faggotry at least Cybsled is actually a gamer and frequent poster here.Is this one of these situations where they are supposed to sell it 5 times more than any previous AC game to break even? With two hours of credits, there are a lot of people going to be impacted when they break this up and sell it for parts. Its a shame this has been managed so poorly: They made some great/good games in the past and you hate to see people (not those responsible for all the woke and broken BS in these games but everyone else) impacted and hurt by what is surely to come.
I can honestly say that I really enjoyed the Division games they made.
I thought that both 1 and 2 were outstanding.

Mobile might and magic you say?Just hope Might and Magic gets sold to someone who actually gives a fuck.
I'd hate to see Tencent permanently shelve it and cast it aside as irrelevant-- which they are now at risk of doing.
Pretty sure that already exists actuallyMobile might and magic you say?
