One of the comments at the bottom of that article is probably one of the better suggestions I've ever seen:
Points to the shawarma scene and says, "We can't top that." and some random fan blows it out of the water in the time it takes to read an article.

Mr. Whedon, Humility is on line 1.

And I like Joss Whedon, but you should never cite the greatness of your past accomplishments as a reason to cop out on giving your fans one those little things that endear you to them.

I didn't see anything egotistical in his statement. He simply said *they* couldn't come up with anything better.

Random guy's comment/idea is great, though.

No it's Paul Bettany who has voiced J.A.R.V.I.S. since the first Ironman movie. Although they do look similar as it is likely the AI was based on the real butler.

I had no idea that stunt doubles wore fancy masks now, but apparently at some point Jeremy Renner got a hold of the ScarJo double mask.

Or perhaps he's just appropriately attuned to the problem with sequels, and wants to avoid it as much as possible?

I'm pretty happy with how he turned out. Also you can see the computer chips in his eyes even from that shot, I dont know many human eyes like that. But that's just me, I live in the midwest where we don't have a whole lot of computer eyeballs around us.

You can see the computery bits of his eyes a little bit, but they're still too human. His eyes in the comics are just solid color. I actually like the costume and the look in general, but the eyes do actually bug me a bit.

I just think the concept art of Magenta and Grey looked better then the green but I guess thats closer to the comics

I guess, I mean they are the same eyes that we all marked out for when they were at the end of the original trailer. They didn't bug us then, I don't get why they do now. -shrug- Different stokes for different folks I guess, I like them well enough.

That was an extreme close up that really emphasizes the robotic nature of them.

It'sreallynot going to distract me from the movie or take away from it or anything, just a little something I noticed that stuck out right away. The blank eyes probably wouldn't look right in live action.
