It was a russian version of cap's serum. Don't know if they managed to steal something from Erskine or got some of cap's blood or what.

And if MCU Widow had some kind of serum I think they would have made a point to show it at some point. Maybe they'll show more of the red room if/when we get another season of Agent Carter.

BW is supposed to have an increased visible role in AOU and continue to, in all Avengers movie that she's basically "our" POV character, this is in lieu of a BW solo movie.

In MCU we do not know if she has enhancements, but from all accounts it seems like none. (just a top super spy and combatant)

in 616 it is retconned that the "Red Room" did bio/mental technology injections (instead of the red skull super soldier serum), she is peak human, slow aging.

More Black Widow footage. She has Cap's Shield and is fighting with it. Cap then says "She's with us." Guessing its the closure to the joke from the Avengers Tower scene where they ask if she wants to try and lift Thor's Hammer.

I thought that was more in reference to SW joining. The best part of that trailer was Cap fighting Ultron and fucking ninja kicking his shield off of him. Winter Soldier Cap is in! Avengers 1 Cap is dead!

Ya Winter soldier Cap is here to stay. I read somewhere that the response to the boat scene in Winter Soldier essentially solidified his fighting style and that Evens talked to Whedon before the start of Avengers 2 and said he wanted to see more "super hero" type abilities out of cap. In the trailer you can see him tossing his motorcycle so we should see more of that type of stuff from now on.

One of the comments at the bottom of that article is probably one of the better suggestions I've ever seen:
The post credits scene should be a shot of Stan Lee, as a janitor, cleaning up the aftermath of the party scene and he nonchalantly picks up Thor's hammer to wipe off the table and simply lays it back down and keeps cleaning!
