i think this lawsuit will really hurt them if it were to get to the discovery phase. it means they will have to release their real D+ numbers and expose how much they are actually making from their premium services. until now all we have is their sayso. if their reported numbers dont match what they are actually making, its gonna tank their stocks. for that reason i think this lawsuit will never see the inside of a courtroom. they will get it tossed or it will be settled and SJ gets whatever amount she's asking.

A lot of creators pretty much hate Disney/marvel specifically because of how cheap they are. Ed brubaker has basically gotten pennies for creating winter soldier, Todd MacFarlane says he's gotten more money from his no ody characters on stargirl then ALL of venom's appearances.

Yeah Scarjo is already past the point where she probably could not even jump sstart her career with some on screen sniz (like Meg Ryan tried to do). May as well go out trying to fuck the mouse on your way out the door at this point, cunt or not. Shame all around, because her acting and writing in Winter Soldier and Endgame were spot on and among the best stuff she has done on screen period.
