To get the platinum trophy on first play through do you have to get all the other trophies before you fight end boss? Or can you go back afterwards?

I think the Eileen the Crowe stuff is the only real missable trophy, for the All Weapons one. So at a Minimum you can do everything in 1 playthrough by using the cloud save trick at the end boss, but 2 playthroughs if you still are missing the weapon from Eileen.

Well, technically you have to NG+ at least a little ways in to get the last weapon. I'd suggest getting the 3 ends with the cloud save first, then doing cleanup for weapons/chalices in NG+ there's literally no difference for their difficulties. Just knock out all the boss trophies besides Queen (Chalice) in your original game.

There are little lamps in the chalice dungeons that light up when you walk past them, becoming markers for where you've already been.
Burial blade? Do the chalice versions count? because you could find one easy on Reddit or whatever.

Yea, Burial Blade - from what the Wiki says they can't drop in Chalice until you unlock it in the store. I bought mine with Gerhardt's badge personally.

1.1% according to PSN stats - that's not exactly an easy platinum.
It's more of a matter of it not being a LONG platinum than an easy one - most of the platinums I have that have a lower plat % are because they involve a long grind somewhere - and Bloodborne if you stay to the right path for Chalices is grind-free.
With 100% certainty I don't think anyone would say Last of Us was harder to platinum, but it comes in less common because there was such a huge grind for the MP parts for example.

Just beat wet nurse and the microlash. Microlash never tried to hit me during phase one and just threw some extremely weak punches during phase two. Thought that was weird but continued on. I got to wet nurse and she just did one attack that was easy to flank and kill. So now I'm baffled and looked online and found out about a bug where if you leave your ps4 running for long periods of time(12 hr +) the bosses bug out and don't use all their attacks. Kinda wish I could go back and beat them legit.
In other news, got my lidwigs to +10 with +15% and 2X +18% plus physical gems. Man it that thing a rape machine. Right now I have strength and skill to 25 and vit to 40 and endurance to 35. guess I'll just pump everything into but now because skill and strength don't seem to give me much damage and I feel like I have enough stamina. Are arcane or bloodtinge worth anything at this point?

You get one from menses nightmare stage. It is on the ledge right under where the big brain that frenzies the shit out of you if you are in the open.
Easiest way to get to it is from the lift area that has two small cages (one goes down to base next to lamp, other goes up), take the cage up and halfway there you will see an open window. Jump out into the window while it's moving and then just follow that path.

And make sure to murder the brain afterwards, once it's in the dark area - I didn't and had to do a full NG+ basically to get that part for Chalice stuff.
