Comparing Breaking Bad to The A Team is like comparing the movie Titanic to Gilligan's Island.
Tense moment where a main character has foreshadowing to his death, sounds like a job for the A-Team.

It looked to me like Jesse was about ready to bolt. I can see Gomie / Hank getting wounded and being inconspicuous on the ground. Jesse runs or drives away some how. Nazi's give chase leaving Walt locked up with a wounded Hank / Gomie. Hank has to watch as Walt takes his keys, unlocks himself, and rides off...somewhere.
Yeah but where is he going to bolt to? Not a lot of places to hide out there.

Hank is definitely going to die. After that speech, and he's one day short of his pension, and he's too old for this shit. Talk about tropes, come on. But Marie had a really good scene there.

Hmmm, I didn't think that far ahead. I assume he would crash / get shot by the nazi's making his escape. It doesn't quite feel like a personal enough death though. I feel like Walt needs to see it or be near it to feel the impact of his decision rather than it happening 'at some point'.

I also feel like maybe like this could give Walt that opportunity to save Hank by piling him into a car and getting him somewhere safe. Despite everything, he doesn't want Hank dead and I think he would defy the nazi's to make that happen. I think Jesse is completely fucked as now the nazi's know he is a rat and will initiate 'rat protocol' or whatever.

the phone call to marie has to be some funny contrast to when walt called skylar (after gus face-off) and said, i won. cuz he really did win, whereas hank is now in a pickle.

If it wasn't illegally obtained, why wouldn't it be admissible? The dude admitted to multiple murders and poisoning a child and cooking meth.
As far as tracking him by gps on his phone, I would think they would need a warrant for that. Warrants are really easy to get, there's no guarantee they didn't get one. Really, I'm not going to get that in-depth technical into a show about the dad from Malcolm in the Middle cooking meth and murdering people. Especially since I have no idea about the real world legality of this stuff.
Well, that's my question. Isn't what Jesse and Hank did blackmail? I don't think that's submissible.

Hank is doing this outside the system. There's no active investigation into Walt in the system. Warrants may be easy, but surely not that easy? Just roll up on a judge and ask for surveillance on some random civilian not officially linked to any investigation?

Hank and Gomie hide behind the car walt is in....nazi's do not want to kill walt, therefor they keep shooting at the engine block area where Hank and Gomie are hiding behind. Now i would like to ask the gun nuts, wich of the guns the nazi's, who are in excellent cover fire driving hank an gomie to hide instead of shoot, is able to shoot through a V8 engine block.

Next to that, when you have an AA12 semi automatic shotgun firing at you, you duck and hide....and pray.

I liked the episode, didn't mind the shootout that much. I did however dislike how quickly huell damn near admitted to killing kennedy after seeing the pic of jesse.

I do wonder about that one. The only reason Walt is of any value to the Nazis is because he's the only one that knows to make the meth blue (except for Jesse, but I can't recall if they were aware of that), something Lydia is insistent on. Perhaps they believe that, if Walt is out of the picture, Lydia has to accept the best that they can provide since the unrealistic standard they are being measured against will no longer exist. Considering they were shooting up the vehicle he was handcuffed in, it didn't seem like there were terribly concerned for his well-being.

They also gave one camera shot, where one of the Nazi's clearly saw/recognized Jesse in the car in the back. Implying, that they have him if they want him.

The only thing worse than the ending of this episode would be if Hank and Gomez get away. Everyone missing like that over an extended period is just completely silly.
That's what I was thinking in the last 5 minutes of the episode.

"Wow, Clan Rednecks can't shoot for SHIT".

As others have said, episode would have been better if they would have faded to black on the first shot and next week would have started with Gomie's head exploding and Hank losing a knee before crawling over to the car. Then probably Walt screaming to Hank that he's sorry as he's drug away and the Nazi's move in to execute him. Would have been a powerful scene, and it still could happen, but it was tarnished by the stupidity of that shoot out.

And don't get me wrong, it's not because the shoot out was unrealistic. Tons of stuff in breaking bad tosses realism out the window for drama (How they handle interrogations for example.)....The problem was how the internal consistency was just thrown out the window. These hicks killed an entrenched team of heavily armed men, completely with over watch snipers, in a matter of minutes--and they can't kill two cops in a field? That's why it was bad. Not because it broke with realism, but because it broke with the shows own internal logic.

You know a tv show jumped the shark when people make better endings. To me BB was in my all time favourite 5, but since last night it just drops to 10-20's. What a waste of talents on the altar of sloppy writing.

Overreact much? We only saw half of it, the firing of the guns. We havent seen what happens after the smoke clears.

Comment on Walt flying off the handle being unbelievable. Didn't he get pepper-sprayed a few seasons back over a cracked windshield? Dude has alternated Heisenberg / Dumbass for a while now.

lol. yes it jumped the shark because of a poor editing choice at the last minute of the episode
