None of you truly know the hardships of being from an upper-middle class family as a white male. In college I did not meet requirements to get certain jobs in labs as they were reserved for students with student loans or on financial aid. I was forced to work off campus at I job I did not like and that provided no real translatable experience a laboratory job would have. Working to buy my own booze because I did not want to charge more than my books to my credit card, was truly a first world horror.
Being the son of a man who immigrated to this country with only his mother at the age of 10, dirt poor and unable to see his father for five more years until he too could make the trip, was truly horrible. None of you know the pain of being the son of a man who went to war for a country he was not born in and worked himself to the bone 12 hours a day in the financial field to give his children everything he did not have, such as a bathroom with a shower.
I am so shamed I grew up taking baths and showers and not washing in the kitchen sink and a plastic tub like my father when he was my age.
White male privilege is truly a horror.

~ I found a reasonable number of Universities, through google, that go out of their way for minorities that support my argument. You also believe I pulled shit out of my ass and are quick to call what I personally experienced, ignorant rumors. Below is University of Florida's statement on Minorities. Youll find anything from a Tax break for a business to hire a certain amount of minority employees, tax breaks for minority owned businesses, to any number of tax loop holes for poor Minorities. UF Office of Graduate Minority Programs
Within the UF Graduate School, the UF Office of Graduate Minority Programs spearheads and coordinates special programs and events that aim to recruit and mentor graduate students in minority and underrepresented demographics. It has a twofold mission:
1. Increasing the number of graduate students from underrepresented ethnic or racial groups: African-Americans, Hispanic-Americans, Native Alaskans (Aleuts and Eskimos), Native Americans and Native Pacific Islanders.
