Obviously both of those positions leave a lot to be desired. The media's selective reporting is creating an environment where real rape victims are discouraged from coming forward because of the proliferation of stories about fake rape accusations. And if real victims are discouraged from coming forward, then all you're going to have is attention-seeking fake victims in their place. Do you get my point here?

a_skeleton_03's anecdotes back this up too. How many real victims do you think never say anything, because of the mockery of the system that fake victims have made of it?

No, this isn't what you are saying. As long as you aren't being honest with your actual position, I don't see any point in playing your silly word games. You are calling us rape supporters and sociopath supporters because we are saying we don't want the burden of proof changed. If you really didn't want the burden of proof changed, why do you go on the attack everytime we say we want to keep by that ideal?

Have the fucking courage to stand by an actual position and present an actual fucking idea. Also, what are you doing in the real world to fight this injustice? You called us out again and again on this. Okay, what are you doing?

Whats the data on victims not reporting? You're assuming it's because of the atmosphere. There are alternate explanations. It's a lot easier to claim you were raped and get all the sympathy without having to a> prove anything or b> deal with the system, for sure.

I've put out what side of the equation my biases are one. I'm just trying to get people to willingly and explicitly admit their own biases.

When topics of race come up, I'm the first one to admit that I'm kinda racist. I just think people should be honest about their biases instead of trying to cover them up with idealistic pseudo intellectual bullshit.

Murder is a horrible thing, yet we maintain that burden of proof is required in order to convict someone. That doesn't make us murder apologists. It's the same deal with any crime really and that includes rape.

I'm 99% sure she has been the victim of sexual assault. I figured it was her step-dad (explains the mother issues), but she denies it. That's the only thing that makes sense with such vehement support of sheer legal lunacy.
