Not racist, but definitely anti-science like the actual article says. Forcing yourself to eat when you're not hungry in order to stick to a rigid meal schedule is just one of many reasons that westerners are fat.

Humans evolved to eat when they're hungry and sleep when they're tired, and industrialized society has taken both of those away from most of us.

Good point. I get so rustled by the fact that I'm not allowed to eat when I'm hungry. Damn you industrialization!!!! Whenever I try to eat an almond at 10:30 AM it's magically ripped from my hands and shoved up my ass as punishment for not adhering to the rules of modern society.

I'll never forget the day my ex-girlfriend walked out on me because I tried to eat Taco Bell at 2 AM. Don't think I'll ever get over her. I threw my future away for 4th meal.

Humans are also highly adaptable. We get tired around bedtime and we get hungry around lunchtime.

Westerners are fat because of a high access to sugar and a low access to free time. Is my theory. And it's mostly true.

Them japs got less free time than us, but they also got less sugar. We'll fix that shit though. +3 inches average in a generation from Hamburgers. Get fat, japs. Get fat. CocaCola comes after McDonalds.

They don't have many fat people in South Korea because their food is very low in complex carbs (read: shitty breads) and their country is built vertically so they're constantly climbing stairs.

He gave an example of a Tonight Show intern who said he sounded racist for not liking Mexican food. Leno said, "Being anti-guacamole is not racist, okay? You have no idea what racism is. That's not racism, you idiot, you moron!"

Leno isn't the first comedian to raise the issue about how sensitive college students are. Chris Rock said months ago he's stopped playing colleges because of how politically correct they are now, and Bill Maher has talked quite a lot about how PC the culture has become.
