Literally his only argument that silicon valley isn't a meritocracy is that Twitter and Facebook are 70%+ white and male. This is his "pounding indictment". It just boggles my mind that so many people think this way.

I hope they televise that circus. I don't know if they'll win on the gender discrimination grounds though. While it's quite clear it's being done because he's male, it's pretty easy to swing that argument to be purely 'victim's rights'. I don't know how they defend against the rest.
