Sitting in the theater as credits roll, and around now is when I pop into these threads with their usual round of negativity from people who won't bother to see it and don't watch any of these, and I ignore all that and say I enjoyed it for what it was like most Marvel movies...
Not this one. Just as a movie in general it was bad, let alone a Marvel Movie with a big budget and all that. It's always fun to take in the latest page turn of the MCU and see what's next, and that's the little bit of enjoyment I can extract from it... But I can only take so many scenes of 'character enters frame left, narrative.dump,.exits frame right' that it felt like this movie was full of. So few bits of this movie were really allowed to unfold and be interpreted, it all had to be spelled out and often in verbose 1v1 conversations.
FX were nice. About the only positive thing I can say really.

i was gonna go today after running some errands but yeah after seeing the shit reviews, which I always assume bump up DEI movies by 20-30 points anyways, i went home and played a yakuza game instead
are the action scenes at least fun to watch once? Like at home? Or is it just generic crap like the last few Marvel crapfests.
For what its worth I enjoyed Deadpool 3 a lot although I know its a piss poor story and is just member-berries and juvenile humor, but at least thats better than boring story

Deadpool 3 knew what it was, what it was meant to be and absolutely nailed that target and is why it did so well.
Yeah, the action was fine, lots of iterations on Sam's wings and abilities since the last one.

I rolled my eyes in the theaters at the "girl boss" group at the end of End Game and when Kevin Faggy came out and said that shit about half the heroes will be women. It died right there, that second. That's why the ONLY Marvel movies to succeed since End Game are the ones largely made by another studio...so 2. Just 2.

Yeah not gonna watch low effort clickbait slop calling this dumpster fire "Marvel's rock bottom" because no matter how bad this movie is there's no way it's worse than Antman 3 or Madame Web.

It's probably the worst MCU movie for me, below Antman 3 for sure. I never saw Madam Web, not an MCU movie, but just never got around to it.
