2014 SEC Schedule out. Apparently GA isn't a fan of LSU as they asked to get us off the schedule and it was Ok'd - they travel to Arkansas instead. We're hosting Kentucky now instead lol. We got dicked having to play on Thanksgiving day for the first since 1942. I'm not sure if this is going to be an every year type of deal, support for it is below 0%.

Overall not bad, our schedule looks more like a Bama schedule next year than our regular one.

Not sure what happened nearly overnight. I talked to the LSU AD about 2 weeks ago and he said they had requested a review of the rotating/non rotating non divisional games but hadn't mentioned any specific team and mostly revovled around each teams permanent non divisional opponent and then today this was released. Pretty big bombshell.

Article I read specifically cited Oregon.

In other news, Jordan Jefferson's brother pled guilty to something and Les Miles had the team vote on whether or not they should proactively forgive him for raping any 14 year olds at any point in the future.
You silly schools that can't get over the hump and win a big game are so entertaining

Seriously, I used to care about the "morals" of my team, attended all the day classes for boosters to follow the rules etc..Then the more I hung around players from multiple schools and the more I saw 50 years of traditions being canned for the sake of more money that didn't benefit us at all I just don't care. I came to the realisation that 90% of the players are negros that can't read and write well enough to get any other job might as well get them on the football team where we can export them and their problems to another state in 4 years.

That top 100 list is interesting. I dont agree with vince young as #1 though. He had 1 good season (not great) that just happened to be topped off with a spectacular bowl performance. Vince was getting benched for poor performance throughout 2 of his 3 seasons in college. Hell he wasnt even the best dual-threat QB in his own conference through most of his career (until his last year), that was Brad Smith. Honestly I dont know that I would have Vince even in my top 5 QBs of the BCS era. Id take Vick, McCoy, Bradford, Luck, and probably Tebow over him.

I also dont agree with AP over Rickey, you cant rank a guy that high based off of 1 season only.

If you are going to rank guys weighted off of just their 1 best season, then I would have to put Suh #1. In my 25+ years of watching college football I've never seen a more dominant player than what Suh was in his Senior year.

The interesting thing about the list is the number of schools that had multiple players on it and never get out of middle of the pack and a few schools that had few and did really well in that time period.

That article is also a year old(not that I mind my school being ranked #21)

That top 100 list is out of its mind.

Tebow behind Vince Young? Hell, Vince Young at #1? Richardson is at like 90? AJ Mcarron is like 8th QB? AP at 3 with 1 good year? The list was like a high school election, just a jackass popularity contest. And imo, 80 out of the 100 should be SEC or there is no validity to it.

To be fair, AJ Mcarron is seen nationally kind of like Troy Aikman was with the Coyboys. Everyone sees him as a solid QB that looks great because of the talent around him. He's never really had to put the team on his shoulders and carry them to wins. That could definitely change in his upcoming senior year, but he's probably not ranked higher for the same reason that you never see Aikman on any "top 10 QBs of all time" lists, even though he has more Super Bowl rings than all but a couple other guys.

It might be unfair to AJ, but most people feel that Alabama could throw any average QB back there and probably still make it to the national title game.

Duh? Tebow was never that good. Fucking Lloyd Carr beat him.
And we beat Ohio State so by the Dumar logic (since 02) of CFB it goes like UM > UF > OSU.

So you just offically said as a long time Buckeye fan, Michigan is better then you.

congrats bro

p.s. Go back to the creepy bucky avatar. <3

Hey Tarrant, what are your thoughts on OSU/UM in back to back weeks this year? My liver is frightened of the thought but I think I'm all about it since this is the only year it could ever happen.

Can we officially call it GAME WEEK now?! Damn I'm excited to finally watch some meaningful games, been awhile here in Columbus...
