I'm not even sure what you're arguing. It can help with some cases or at least been anecdotally shown to. It's also good for health, where exactly is the argument? I even stated it was pointless for me as far as alleviating symptoms and wasn't really an option anyway as it increased anxiety. I don't want to discount it as an effective tactic for some but it's no magic bullet and a lot of people love to think that it's the missing link to treatment. You're pretty much throwing shit against a wall with drugs anyway and exercise and cognitive therapy are pretty much even in terms of risk to health which is about zero.So by that logic, one might as well take an economics class, because, hey, I'm better with numbers? Or take a job, because, hey, I'd have a downpayment for my house?
