You must move at sloth speed or something. Even shitty first generation SSDs are light years ahead.
Bros over at linus more or less did that, and the SSD still crushed the HDD.Or if you cloned a bitched up malware infested Windows install to your SSD and wonder why it still takes forever to boot.
Personally seen that half a dozen times.
I never reboot but have massive gains in loading times and performance in SSD v mechanical drives. Everything is so much more responsive with SSD v even 10k drives. Tho i'm no expert tbh it just feels alot faster...I don't dispute that it's faster, and much better. But Joe is right. I hardly ever reboot, but I do have my commonly used games on the SSD. But night and day difference? Never noticed it. And this was a fresh install of Windows 8.1.
Even going back to the 7500 rpm gaming laptop, I never once thought wow, this is so slow, wish I had my SSD.
Did it have 80 different weatherfriendtoolbarapps and some ransomware too?Bros over at linus more or less did that, and the SSD still crushed the HDD.
Probably, pretty sure they said it was a 5 year old install. Might of even had bonzi buddy on it too.Did it have 80 different weatherfriendtoolbarapps and some ransomware too?
Ppl have said the MSI one is the one to get, already oc'd and has the best factory cooler with the new twin frozer. So I'm finally replacing my 560 Ti and I'll probably get a GTX 970. Is there any particular version that's better than the others at the moment?
