I was Fire Hammers before finding Wrath Shield and have tried Shield with the Jekan; both killed slower than current setup (especially Blessed Shield)...
How were you playing them? Both builds you have to leave stragglers and anticipate how many hammer/shields it will take to kill a pack. If the stragglers decide to follow, they'll add to the efficiency of the next pack. The single target dps does blow, but so does Condemn's.

You are seriously fucking stupid. Gamers will never learn.
Fuck off Dumar.

Playing a WD this season. got lucky with a 99% MoJ and TnT already, but stuck trying to get one of the many build defining legendaries now. T6 isn't bad, but stuck at like grift lvl27. Will be on tonight if anyone wants to level up some gems or farm regular rifts.

Mostly sticking to either huge packs (which are way more common since patch, which is nice) or just Steeding between champs/elites. Right now with Condemn I just pony between elites/champs and only kill those; only doing T3 but I can clear a Rift in maybe 7 or 8 minutes. Last time I played pre-S2 I was a DH so this feels super damn slow, though. Also it didn't hurt that DH went from like, T2 to T6 just by getting M6.

You're (sort of) not wrong. Increased revenue for cosmetics leads to an increase in development for cosmetics and other purchasable features. If the players that are spending money stop playing, it leads to increased content.

Retention matters dude.

I leveled 2 of them since your follower can use one too. Hit 40+ and the level up dings took forever to finish. Fun times.

Don't forget to level Wildebeest to 25+ too. Mine is 42000 hps regen with a 84000 damage shield whenever I don't take damage for 4 seconds. Makes you basically invulnerable while leveling in T6 to around level 50, and then you can still do T2-3 to the 60's. At that point I would get a friend to PL the rest.

Alright someone drop some WD wisdom on me, as I have no goddamn clue what I'm doing.

Shar - Community - Diablo III

Is my current gear. I have the big +pet damage helm thingy which seems nice, but otherwise I don't have any clue what to do with my skills. I mostly just apply dots and run around like an idiot right now waiting for things to die, but can't make much progress beyond like t2-3.

MoJ + dogs/sycophants/fetish army. Get 3 piece zuni's + rrog (I think its the 4 piece bonus?) so that your fetish army never dies. Primary spell I always preferred rain of toads as it procs sycophants well, or plague of toads if you have a rhenho flayer (they pierce/explode twice) and plague will confuse everything near you so easy to stay alive.

Not sure if it'd be a huge dps loss, but go 1h + mojo as most of the mojo's have seriously good effects. Tasker and theo's for 40-50% attack speed gloves.

Panel - Community - Diablo III<~ my WD if it helps to look at, can get to early 30's pretty easily but that's when pets start hitting a death block where they don't survive anything.

Wait what? Farming Grifts to level gems to at least 25 is like half the game. There are only 17 gems I believe, so you'd have to do 17 Grifts to collect the gems at the very least. If you think that is a grind than just wait for the rest of the game!

Two buddies farmed that gem and got it to 25, started a T6 lvl one game and hit mid 40s in 2 minutes. The new powerleveling!
What I mean is, originally I was hesitating to finish lvling my wiz to 70 then farm a gem of ease "quickly" to level my DH versus just leveling my DH. I would have been a huge mistake to farm it "quickly" cause it tooks way longer to farm it than to actually level the DH. Or maybe the same amount of time I don't know, but I got unlucky kinda and it was the 14th gem I got.

I upgraded it 3times then put a bunch of legendary gem shit on my WD, it's pretty hilarious stuff. The lightning wreath gem does ridiculous aoe damage while leveling and is basically 100% up if I Locust Swarm a pack of mobs, which then give me retarded xp with the gem. It's not a maxed one in T6 kind of stuff, but still hilariously fast.

I figured though, while I like playing DH to an extent, the current top build is the same I was using last time, so I probably won't bother. I mean before it was fire cluster, now it's like cold cluster(well solo at least, in groups it's still fire cluster) or physical cluster, but it's still exactly the same skills I was using, just with the new turret rune that slows, which is a baller rune btw especially compared to the old garbage healing one. So rolling WD for now, and I'll see when I finish my Wiz too.

Is there ever a reason not to group? It seems like the buff for xp/mf just makes everything more efficient.
Well no one in the RR guild is on Hardcore with me so I only get to group with randoms ;-(( -- But you're right, xp/mf is great especially in rifts with the rift Legendary drop bonuses being better than normal zones.

In hardcore though, I like to do higher level G rifts solo. I feel like I can clear faster and safer by myself for some reason. There's not many people LFG that that level yet (most are still t1 cache farming)

Act 1 bounty split up groups for quick caches are the quickest way to get the ring of royal grandeur that every class pretty much requires.

Need to get a SoJ with good elite dmg on it and need to prioritize sockets on your jewelery for Bane of the Powerful - Enforcer (pet dmg gem) - and the Gem of Efficacious Toxin (poison dmg on hit)

The three piece Zumimasas with ROG will be good to keep all 20 something flayers alive infinitely so you don't have to spam frogs all the time.

I also think you can fit the 2 piece Crafted cains set for the 50% bonus xp (if seasonal character) for paragon leveling.

---

I'm a poison witchdoctor so take what I say with a grain of salt. The most notable fixes to your WD gear is having jewelry sockets filled with the good legendary gems.

Oh achievements btw, I think that's what I saw but if you do something that you don't have the non seasonal achievement for on a season char, it still unlocks right? What about blacksmith recipes, do they merge with your non seasonal recipes once it's over or does it just stay the same and any recipes you got in season is lost?

Correct, I got non seasonal achieves at the same time I got the seasonal set. I got to paragon 60 or something before I joined my first party and then I started getting a ton of co-op achievements.

I'm under the influence that seasonal stuff merges into standard stuff. One of the main reasons they're putting seasonal uniques in the game.

Yeah the items do for sure but not sure how they manage the recipes since they're account wide and stuff. Actually similar question with the stash, does it add temporary remove only tabs like PoE does it when they merge back? I guess recipes isn't as much of an issues nowadays though, they seem to drop like crazy, they used to be more annoying to get so I'm missing a bunch of my normal account but I got a ton already on my seasonal char.

God the Aughild crafted set (reduced damage taken set bonus + 15% elite dmg) is so good because it offers a bracer set slot.

Rolled poison dmg + vit/int all resists on my bracers oh baby. Crafted Ancient Aughilds shoulders too. I'm at 60% poison dmg and 51% elite dmg.

The double dips baby

Fucking dropped an amulet on the same pack that got me to 70, right before I did, so it's 69

Cold immunity thingie one, so I guess it's at least not an important legendary I guess, although kinda useful.

I got a SoJ like that today, my first/only one in season 2. Thankfully it rolled fire and CHD so I was able to roll off the shitty sub-70 dex range for a socket. Fucking socket took 52 enchant attempts though, so that kind of killed the enthusiasm.

That was nothing compared to what just happened on my crusader. My luck in these games is terrible but I think this is the worst I've ever had happen:

Buying 2H from Kadala, trying to get an ancient BoP. Instead I get:

Not 15 seconds later I identify the Sultan I got from the rift boss:

I have no words. (For those who don't play crusader, 10% CDR on an ancient BoP that can also be rolled to 10% damage with a dingdong is as good as it can possibly get.)
