Jesus Christ the brutality in D4 cinematics is off the chain.
Comes out in October 8th, new class called Spirit Born, can recruit mercenaries, and a new co-op activity (wonder if they are going the Lost Ark route with raids). Rest is usual new items, new area, more story etc.
Its on the store $40/$60/$80 depending on how many cosmetics you want.

I have the Soulbrand and Tibault's Will ready to go when I hit 80 so I run the uber version just with a normal ring. Doubt I'll ever get a Ring of Starless Skies, since this is about the only build I see use it and if I ever craft a second uber it'll be a Tyrael's to make one of my characters into a real speedrunner.
I'd like to switch the sorc to Blizzard or Frozen Orb instead since I think incinerate is pretty weak outside of being a turret that stands on the maiden spawn point, but I'm lacking uniques and/or aspects for those still. I'll definitely find a way to switch if the build doesn't drastically improve with the addition of the last two uniques at 80. More likely, I'll just max my wolf rep, hit 100, and then go back to deciding whether to go all-in on rogue or barb. They are just so much stronger than everything else (aside from necro, but it bores me too much to use as anything but a boss-deleter).
I think I will save up a gear set to try out Blizzard later. The stuff I use now is Tempered with Incinerate stuff.

I'd advise identifying a build you want and start collecting the gear as you start getting 925s but wait to implement them. Work on paragon board even if it's not fully relevant for your leveling/farming build. Then when enough pieces are in place switch over in full
A lot of end game builds don't seem to work great until many of the pieces are in place and switching half assed feels like a step back which can be frustrating to then try to build the build as you're trying to use the build.

July 18th they are reveling exactly what it does, but the art makes it look like aa cross between Amazon and Witch Doctor.

I had a GA one with 45% damage (better than DoT because it double dips) on it, but of course the fucking blacksmith bricked it.
Edit: Something worth mentioning as far as stats go, flat damage from Natural Finesse is pretty much the same dps increase as Fire DoT from Pyro Finesse, and it's probably easier to roll. 1:4 vs. 1:5, plus I would bet that Damage is weighted higher than the most desirable stats like close/distant damage, while Fire DoT seems very low weight compared to the three shit rolls there. I've also seen people say that Fire Damage is almost equivalent if he doesn't want to give you Fire DoT, but I haven't actually seen it proven in a video.

For a Blizzard build you'll want a higher level glacial aspect before you give it a whirl

That could be said of almost ALL the Blizzard cinematics, though Dragonflight lived up to the shitty of its cinematic.
