There's a 285 GB torrent I'm in the process of downloading that seems to have "everything," including the fan (?) recreations of the missing episodes. Unfortunately it mostly hovers around 20 k/s, every once in a a while I'll grab a seed and pull 1 meg, but unfortunately it is woefully slow. First two arcs have been prioritized and are almost finished, so will at least have those to work with.

Just going through the "Unaired Pilot" (or whatever it is) and thought that door at the beginning looked real familiar...I really wouldn't mind to be honest. I think they're fun. The scene with the horse cracked me up, and Jenny is growing on me.
Dying for some sort of lore after this episode, it really left me wanting. I found this on the interwebs. Gave me a boner. Pretty big 50th anniversary spoiler and possibly the Doctor's true name. At least I think I know who John Hurt is playing.

Too bad they lost their chance to get Benedict Cumberbatch, I doubt he would go from doing two blockbuster films in a year back to TV, other than Sherlock which he is already known and signed on for.
I doubt they would go for a much older guy or a previous regeneration. Would be interesting if John Hurt is the 12th Regeneration/Valeyard and Tennant/Smith team up to defeat and regenerate him into the new actor for the 13th.

When geffe said it was confirmed that Smith was back in 2014 I looked all over and never saw it officially said anywhere so the only real surprise is why they are confirming it now, I wonder if a Sunday newspaper was going to break it tomorrow so they jumped ahead of it.
Here's a random thought for the day/week, once it was finally established that River didn't kill the Doctor and instead just shot the robot-thingy, exactly Who-se (haha! *coughs*) murder was she imprisoned for? That plot thread seems to have been abandoned of late but popped into my swede a few days ago as I rewatched some random old episodes.
Was interesting in light of the upcoming story to see the crazy Dalek (who supposedly knows all after nuking his own mind breaking the Daleks out of the time lock) refer to the Doctor as the Dark Lord...

Apparently both The Mail and The Telegraph were going to run it tomorrow so the BBC agreed to give them quotes if the Beeb got to at least break the story themselves first.
