Well, the monitor and the PC weren't his, so that is the difference. If you want to break your own stuff, go nuts. But as far as raging goes, yeah, even PPD acknolwedged that he had to be a cunt to get his team in line from time to time. Top of any competition has its ugly moments.Of all the Puppey drama the video is the thing that bothers me the least. Who the fuck plays Dota and doesn't fucking rage from time to time? Hell, I broke a keyboard last year over some fucking 2k pub game lol.
It's different if he was using that blow up as some sort of reminder to kuro and zai that you don't want to fuck with him in light of some of the other threats of physical violence.
I had one of these a few months ago.Ranked game, 19 to 6 our lead, steamrolling enemy team, the entire enemy team had basically accepted the loss (like 15 minutes into game), our undying decides it's time to troll (for no reason, he started talking shit in lobby because of our picks but was playing, then just afk jungled once he got guardian greaves til the game ended). Good times in dota land. Instantly got the "action against reported player" message tho, so there's that.
There's also a difference doing it when you're alone and doing it around your friends/team making everyone uncomfortable. When I lived in an apartment I had a pillow I would scream into so my neighbors wouldn't hear me.
Well, you also have to consider the lineup, if they have more cores, or an unchecked AM/Morphling, you need to win by a landslide or hope they make a mistake after 30 minutes. For me the hardest to swallow are the games where I play a core and get god-awful supports, like when they single-pull the small camp instead of the hard, just plain hug your ass for the first 5 minutes instead of zoning, stacking, never tp, etc. Like come on, being support in the first 5 minutes when you are the strongest hero in the game is not that hard.If you play support as your preferred role, there is an absolute need for a way to get over all the games that result in a huge first 15 minutes lead, but then you just can't beg your cores to hit buildings to win the game. Those are hardest for me to lose, because its almost strictly about team discipline to close it out and just coordinate.
I have over 4000 games played and I've never got upset to the point of breaking anything.Of all the Puppey drama the video is the thing that bothers me the least. Who the fuck plays Dota and doesn't fucking rage from time to time? Hell, I broke a keyboard last year over some fucking 2k pub game lol.

Not that it is near the same level, but it was hilarious watching BSJ play Rubick last night in a 3k match. He stole STR morph at the start and had like 1900hp at 13m. I don't think the morph used it ever again. BSJ just waveforms around the map fade bolting, wave form, stealing. And he's not even a good Rubick, but the HP and MMR of the others made for hilarity.
I kind of enjoy watching smurfs.
BSJ carried the shit out of an absolutely horrendous team that fed like crazy. I think I enjoy watching it because it means you really can win any game.
