That implies you quit from the start, which is a pretty shitty mindset. You should never count out the enemy throwing. However there is definitely a moment in every game where you know you lost with 99,9% certainty, but it rarely comes before you are 2 lanes down.

Played a few games as ET last night, fun hero... the downside is idiots like to break sleep before your split hits 3 heros! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I shall try a new hero today and keep that going until i try them all lol

Do the hero challenge that's hidden in the UI, Play a game with everyone till you win, there honestly isn't a better time to do it than when you're new, because you play every hero at 30% of its potential so if you play Chen, Invoker, Visage at 15% of their powers its not so bad really

Lol fucking 11-0 on naix at 15 minutes, can 1v3 the enemy team, 2v5 if omni is there to repel me (basher + steamboots + armlet at 15 minutes), tell team to push because the enemy team has 4 carries and an ogre mage (all who had no items at this time). Lose game at 40 minutes because my team literally refused to group and push ever. Was always 1 or 2 in the jungle and 1 or 2 in different lanes farming.
Treant, omni, zeus and a terrible ursa was my 4 teammates who all wanted to farm up vs slark/sven/sniper/ogre/pa.
Good times.

I'm not sure what's changed, but I'm kind of on a really good streak with ranked. For a while I'd win 3 or 4, then lose 3 or 4. I'm still convinced it was shitty teammates, but I seem to maybe be overcoming that now.

If you're really interested you need to run the strategy of buying tickets on at least 3 devices and multiple people. Sucks but you've gotta play the game for now. Each time we've gone I've had my phone, tablet, desktop, and laptop all hitting the site. Inevitably my phone or tablet gets through much quicker than the website ever does.
