This is filler, that's why Hit is being reused. It's a short arc by the anime makers before the next long arc by Toriyama.

Oh and Beerus destroying Zamasu in the latest Manga looked way more flashy than the whole pink sparkles that he did in the anime. Looked more like what Vegeta did to Queequay back in the Babidi arc.

Not sure what to make of the title. Only things we know of that can kill a universe are Zeno or 2 gods fighting each other.

Given the title of next week's episode, looks like Goku is technically the badguy lol

He wanted to fight, now trillions of people will die ;p Given the stakes, I wonder if that means killing will be allowed.
