I've yet to see any evidence that they've begun any sort of meaningful development on storybricks or how it's going to be implemented. Either this game isn't coming out for another 5 years, storybricks is going to be wildly different than described, or its just not going to be made at all. I'm personally hoping for the latter.

Why hope the game won't be made at all?

If EQNext dies, I doubt we ever see an EQ game again unless Columbus Nova sells the IP.

This isn't an EQ game anyways. I have no desire to play what I've seen so far but I would love to see a new EQ game so this shit pile not coming out seems like the best option.

Yea, that's how I've always said it. Heard a guildmate say it the other way one time, and that was the only guy who seemed to say it that way. I'd never considered anything besides Tune Air until then.

That was always the best part of running into another EQ player in real life. Hearing how fucked up everyone pronounced everything as you tried to talk about the game to each other.
