Still several enormously large steps to get from banging a 16 year old to having a sexual interest in naked nine year old girls. Even if the dude is a full on Gaige and wants to bang 16 year olds until he shatters their pelvis, there's a long way to go between that and pedophilia.

I highly doubt he can even be charged unless the prosecutor does some serious mental gymnastics to charge him with a major felony, otherwise there is no way the statute of limitations hasn't run out on misdemeanor solicitation from 2008 where he never actually directly says 'yes i banged a 16 year old hooker'.

Did you actually read the article? Neither the Subway franchisee nor her cousin were the 16 year old in question.

Given that it's just cherry picked excerpts and not the actual transcripts or their conversations, I'm in no hurry to rush to judgement.

So yeah, he sounds like a full on Gaige, but still not a pedo. I have my doubts that the woman was really all that outraged though. More likely they had some sort of falling out and that's when she got a lawyer, to see if she could fuck him over with those texts.
