FTC has appealed, but unless the temporary restraining order is extended past it's expiration on Friday they could begin closing the deal as early as this weekend.

That's obviously not real (yet).

Blizzard is still insisting there are no plans to put D4 on Game Pass. After seeing how seasons are being done I can't even say I care if they leave it off.

That's some pretty solid evidence of how much ass this game blows and the player retention is gone. Shita already a barren wasteland kind of like Mist
