Actually she's been "reading" it for a year and is holding it hostage on me. I didn't want to buy a second hardcover copy, already got enough of those with goddamn Harry potter and wheel of time. I like to carry books with me 24/7 so I can finish them and want to avoid bitching.

Edit: really wished they would release the books in the foil/metallic colored covers like the first 4. That's really unfortunate.

I find myself enjoying and remembering basically all scenes involving Joff. Hence Joff is my favorite character.

I'm gonna give her Robb's head at my wedding! What? Of course I can, I'm the fucking King!

He was fucking hilarious in that scene. All giddy with excitement, and not as much for Robb's death (which he was, sure) but more for the idea of fucking with Sansa. Pure psychopathic assholes are always fun to watch.

My favorite character is Bronn. I am not overly worried about him, because he is written as the guy who went through everything, so he is not going to get killed by an old bearded man with a funny hat.
