that KFC commercial had me rolling for a good hour after watching it.the clegane brothers will duel in a chicken battle - who can eat more chicken? The Mountain wins by being so swole, but after so much chicken the two just fall asleep and arya escapes
Seemed like they were writing a letter to Dany to tell her of Mormont's past spying on her, knowing she'll kill or exile him, to remove some wise council.During the small council meeting, who did Tywin write a letter to? They were talking about Dany, her dragons, and Mormont, but I think they left it unclear exactly to whom and about what he was writing the letter.
Seems likely.Seemed like they were writing a letter to Dany to tell her of Mormont's past spying on her, knowing she'll kill or exile him, to remove some wise council.
Was it the thank you note to House Bolton?Seemed like they were writing a letter to Dany to tell her of Mormont's past spying on her, knowing she'll kill or exile him, to remove some wise council.
That's what I thought as well, but it seems like a weird way to go about Mormont's exile. Why would Dany believe anything Tywin says? I assumed Selmy would be the one to rat out Mormont, since he, at least, has proven himself loyal and trustworthy for Dany.Seemed like they were writing a letter to Dany to tell her of Mormont's past spying on her, knowing she'll kill or exile him, to remove some wise council.
Cock fight.the clegane brothers will duel in a chicken battle - who can eat more chicken? The Mountain wins by being so swole, but after so much chicken the two just fall asleep and arya escapes
It will bring up the question of Jorah's loyalty, they will still spin it into Dany asking why Tywin would make that claim, resulting in his admission/asking for forgiveness. Barristan will confirm that he knew of a spy when he was on the Kingsguard but will probably say that he didn't know who it was. Dany in the show will dismiss Jorah immediately without giving him a second chance and they'll make it seem like her being conflicted but maturing as a queen. That's what I thought as well, but it seems like a weird way to go about Mormont's exile. Agree with this and probably the best way they could do it.It will bring up the question of Jorah's loyalty, they will still spin it into Dany asking why Tywin would make that claim, resulting in his admission/asking for forgiveness. Which is why it's awesome. It's such a ridiculous line and delivery. I can't even tell of the Hound was using chicken as a metaphor for the people he was about to whip or if he was just fucking with him.
He was speaking literally, wasn't he? There were chickens on the fire, one for each man. So him saying he'd eat 2 chickens meant he'd kill 2 of the guys there, and all of the chickens meant he'd kill them all (thus freeing up the chickens for his enjoyment). It's such a ridiculous line and delivery.
