Stir the sauce in or chop it up finer(or pull it) so it gets better sauce coverage. Sandwich or just straight up?

Vegetables, in my pulled pork?!?!?

Uh, I guess a lettuce wrap reduces your sauce limit. At this point, you're kind of fighting your other serving requirements. My only other idea would be to reduce the sauce down to syrup consistency so they don't have to use as much.

Yeah not trying to min max my sauce:serving ratio at all. I'll just season it up nice after it's pulled so those that don't want sauce don't absolutely have to have it.

I've never even heard of pulled pork without sauce. If there are those out there that want JUST the pulled pork, they should be left to their bland existence.

Love pulled pork in a pressure cooker the best. Nice and fast, shred it with a fork and pour on your favorite sauce then serve it on a toasted bun with raw onions and apickle!

If the pork is smoked well, I don't need sauce. Especially if the shoulder has some good bark on it.

Pickles add nothing good to that. In fact it is a complete negative.

Might as well not even go through the act of making pork, because all you're going to taste is ass-pickles
