Second would be masturbation habits

yeah, when a dude masturbates, if he just blows his load ASAP he's gonna end up having problems keeping hard and lasting long in bed.

edging really does help erection strength and longevity

not sure if that's Noodle's issue or not, but it's good general advice

I don't masturbate a whole lot, maybe every other day. I don't go all speed racer on it either.

Blood pressure is perfect.

Few days on the supplement and some weird results. First off it did add to erections. But I got two bad side effects. Super bad headaches all day that headache medicine won't clear up. Second is my blood sugar dropped pretty low. Actually it's in the low side of the healthy range so I'm keeping an eye on it. Like I said I've been eating better and exercising for a month now so maybe my body coincidentally changed too, but my money is on this mystery supplement. If it keeps dropping I won't be able to use It, not worth the risk.

Quality control and label claims are a big problem with most supplements of the herbal nature.

You almost have to procure the herbs yourself.

I have become a honey dick. This is the ingredients list. I mean maybe it's notthis? But that's 3 days in a row since starting that my blood sugar has been crazy low.

Most likely the DHEA? It's the precursor to testerone. A google search and few studies show that it decrease plasma glucose in diabetics "Fasting plasma insulin and glucagon were lower with DHEA (42 ± 4.94 vs. 53 ± 6.58 pmol/l [P = 0.005] " and that was on the same 50mg dose.

That could be it, but the 65 was a scary drop. Also I take the pills at 8am, but I didn't get the drop until after dinner (and my second metformin pill). I mean, I guess I could have lower than usual blood sugar all day but I usually don't check during the day, just in the morning unless I feel weird.

Yeah, it's gotta be the DHEA after reading around on it a little bit. It has to be interacting with your medication. You're making yourself hyper insulin sensitive.

Explains the headaches. And you should feel a nervous energy, I would think.

Which is useful to know. You can probably find some effective pills that don't include DHEA.

That ingredient list is kinda funny though. They're just throwing everything in it and hoping something works aren't they?

The folic acid, DHEA, and L-Arginine are probably the only 3 that actually do anything.
