Yesterday was the 1 year anniversary of my first chemo. Had a doctor's appointment and blood work looks good.

We won't scan unless I get symptoms of some sort from here on out, just blood work every 3 months for a bit and then if that's clean for a while we will stop that also.

I mean not really. Unless something dramatic happens I think I'd die of old age before I actually reached legal blindness. But my vision is no longer correctable to 20/20 (i dont think the pair ive been wearing for the last 2-3 years was getting me to 20/20 either) and although it's slowed down in adulthood, my vision has never stopped getting worse. But yeah the idea of being in my early 40s with like 20/60 vision even wearing glasses horrifies me.

Probably an in grown hair or a clogged pour. Happens to me about every 18-24 months.
I once had a clogged pour on the inside of my asshole, that shit will scare you (pun intended)

I was in a foreign city visiting when I decided I had to go to a doctor (thought it was a spider bite at first, ya thats right a spider bite up the ass) I remember walking into the clinic with a dumb grin in my face thinking, which doctor will have the privilege of looking up deep into my brown eye. The 60 year old east Indian lady doctor did a great job, told me it was a clogged pour and I should have some super hot baths and it would open up, it will bleed she said, but that's normal. 2-3 hot baths later it opened up and gushed.

East Indian lady doctors are now my favorite.

I can top that though. Once had to have a nurse practitioner about the same age express a thrombosed hemorrhoid that had opened up. Luckily for both of us it didn't actually require any spelunking. Just 30 or so seconds of profoundly intense pain.

Getting old is rough. I've been fairly lucky to this point. It is funny though remembering being a young buck and thinking you'd be like that forever. Then when you starting hovering around 40 you get up a little slower because that foot hurts or you sympathize with another old fucker because he had his ass wound squeezed by a nurse that he might of fantasized about blowing him had the situation been slightly better.

Lots of douche bags here with mental problems but whatever, we are all MMO bros with some common ground so <bro fist>

My last golf ball sized boil actually extended into my asshole. For 2 weeks my shits were painful and I dreaded them. Wiping was worse. I was so afraid of it rupturing inside my asshole then going septic. Thankfully that was just a side of the boil being so large extending into my asshole.

No boils here thank god. However just had my second heart surgery in 2 months. Maybe boils are better? One of my three cardiologists asked me why I wasn't dead, and I quipped I spec hit points. Turns out he was a Wow player. Small damn world.

I seem to be on the mend, amazing how much more energy I have after the 2 stents from the last operation 2 in the Left Anterior Descending which was 100% blocked and somehow still viable. With my Right coronary also 80% blocked and the muscle around it completely non-viable (Scar tissue from a previous heart attack I seemed to have missed during a major gout attack.) for the last 2 months I have had about 15-20% expression of blood out of my heart. (Normal is 60ish %)

Sad thing is I have never smoked anything, might have 1 drink a year, been exercising for the last 2 years and lost 60 pounds (down to 212) but still get this shit. Genetics is a bitch!

Ever since my operation of last year, hemorrhoids removal, I have been pooping little spots of bloods. Last month the doc suggested to burn the wound to see if it will heal better. So they burned the inside of my ass =( .

Hopefully the blood spots stop now.
