Mage cleared my webspinner and clockwork gnome with blizzard in arena which gave me Gahzrilla and a stealth spare part. Mage then opted to frostbolt->ice lance->heropower gahzrilla in hopes to clear it with another heropower next turn....

There are a lot of pro players whose opinions I'd dismiss, but definitely not those 4, rofl.

So yes, paladin has fallen off badly in the current meta because Aggro paladin has always been trash, midrange paladin has a terrible matchup against the new big deck, and people have only just started working on dragon paladin and it probably won't end up as a tier 1 ladder deck. Doesn't mean paladin is essentially unplayable like it was before GvG, and sooner or later people will figure out what has a good matchup against Patron and still matches up well against the rest of the meta and the rock paper scissors game will continue.

You can still ladder up with midrange. Yes, patron is a terrible matchup, but so was oil rogue before, so I'd say the number of terrible matchups you'll get as midrange hasn't really changed.

God I love Hunters that are so single minded in going face above everything else that I can get a Mana Wyrm up to 7 attack and swing for lethal.

^ I played a zoo today that on round 5, after I frost nova and played doomsayer, plays a doomguard, voiding his hand, and goes face. Yeahhhh.

Then next round for lack of anything to do I frostbolt lance lance to drop him to 14. It literally breaks his brain - he can't figure out what to do and hovers over tap multiple times over the next few rounds before I can put him away.

Had a game earlier where I had a Loatheb and a Gang Boss, all I need to do is hit for 4. Opponent has a Sylvanas out and his turn. He kills the gang boss, Sylvanas lives, and plays a non taunt card(forget now). Loatheb to the face. Win. Totally baffled me.

2-Hunter: Hero Power to face for 2
2-Me: Mana Wyrm to face for 1
Me: Hero Power to face for 1
3-Hunter: Hero Power to face for 2
3-Me: Flamewalker
Me: Coin, Flamewalker to face for 2, Mana Wyrm gains +1 attack
Me: Arcane Missile to face for 3, Flamewalker to face for 2, Mana Wyrm gains +1 attack
Me: Mana Wyrm to face for 3
Total damage after 3 rounds: 12
4-Hunter rage quits.

I'm gonna sleep well.

Hahahaha, poor druid...just had a round of 30 damage for lethal after he Tree of Life.

That certainly didn't go his way, makes up for 5 straight loses before that.
