I run Facehunter when I have a daily for hunter. It's not as easy as it used to be. Lots of board wipe now, along with Warriors to outlast you with armor for days.
It's still a bullshit deck though.
I'm a little salty that I'm having trouble breaking rank 18 right now, which is stupid as fuck. I guess it's still early in the month and people are still climbing. Friend is at rank 15 and has a lot less cards than I do, so I'm a bit salty. On a good note, I pulled Van Cleef. He's pretty good.

What deck are you laddering with? I didn't have any trouble getting out of the trenches this season really and I mostly play a cheap priest deck, the only "good" meta deck I play is a patron deck without Grommash (I have the cards for face hunter of course, but I really don't enjoy it so I play either some midrange hunter or a mech deck if I do get hunter dailies that I want to do).
On a different note, I ended tonight's play winning a 20 minute fatigue game against a control warrior... with my dragon rogue deck that I use for dailies. That felt very satisfying.
Was trying with Zoo, but its not doing well for me right now. Face Hunter is having a little trouble as well. Might just be a bad streak of luck though.

It could be that a lot of decks get tech'ed to beat aggro at the moment since there's so much face hunter/tempo mage/zoo around. I know I certainly have done so with my priest. For cheap decks you could try going even faster with that RomanP trap hunter deck. That seems pretty strong from what I have seen when streamers run into it.

I have enough dust for a legendary, but I don't know if I feel like any are worth the dust. I have Syl, Rag, and Boom. So it feels like I have the best shit.

I got the basic idea of this deck from some dude who called it a 'Crusher' deck, but this is pretty different. It has a stupid high win rate against every hunter deck I have come up against (right now it's like 8-1? vs hunters) and it beats patron warrior pretty easily too. The latest change I have been fiddling with is switching out baron rivendare with tazdingo, piloted shredder, etc. It's pretty fun because you can get some crazy awesome combos off with reincarnate, but they aren't necessary in order to win. The strategy is to just tax the opponents ability to remove all of your shit and a lot of decks just simply can't do it (i.e. hunter especially). The main plays are injured blademaster + ancestral healing, using ancestral spirit on your bigger minions as you trade into theirs, and using the bazillion taunts to protect your vit totem against aggro. Check it out the next time you have a shaman daily and let me know what you think.

It's called Crusher Shaman because the dude who made it is named Crusher. And no, it doesn't win easily vs Patron, although I can see it doing ok vs facehunter if you subbed in tazdingos and healbots for something.

There have been many games where I had a fire destroyer roll a 7 attack who then got BGH'd. Earth elementals make those games auto wins.
I don't seem to have any problem with them and I played like 6 in a row yesterday (I went 4-2). I'll try keep better track of win stats and update yall

I played the old crusher deck and enjoyed it but haven't yet tried it with the new cards. Just looking at that deck looks pretty greedy but also fun. The problem I see and the main problem I had with the old deck is too many combos make it so you sometimes have a hand full of dead cards (ancestral heal/call/reincarnate/etc etc).
Seems like it would be better to reduce the amount of one-ofs to allow you to draw into your combos easier. And yea, I remember toying with rivendare, but getting him out to combo with Sylvanas or reincarnate was so infrequent. Honestly I'd dump Rivendare/Cairne first thing and maybe even 1x Fireguard destroyer and add a 2nd of either Lava Shock/Vitality Totem/Feral Spirits and even consider adding BGH. Could even replace 1 hex with BGH so you get a body on board.
Another nice addition is Thalnos so you can guarantee board clear with Lightning storm against Quartermaster & Patrons
Oh and another thing is your card draw is really terrible. I think that was the 2nd major issue I had trying this deck back in the day. Thalnos would help a little bit. Card draw has always been a huge issue with Shaman. A 2nd Mana Tide seems necessary or some other card draw (Azure Drakes/Loot Hoarders/etc). I started adding Neptulon in my Shaman decks simply for the additional cards. I could actually see Neptulon and/or Nefarian in this deck to supplement your hand at least.
