Read those earnings numbers carefully. It isn't a typo...

Not quite stock related, but moves the markets. Readng through the headlines, I found this kind of hilarious (in a dark way):

on Apr 27th, Ukraine adviser and negotiator Podolyak: Various objects such as warehouses in the border regions of Russia will continue to explode more often.

As predicted, TWTR missed on earnings. This was the real reason they accepted Musk's offer. They knew it was a miss and they could not win in court when sued for not taking his offer claiming it was "below value".

My calls expire tomorrow and I think I am going to just take the shares and wait out the close. After the premium I will make $5 a share on the flip. Not great, but 10% return on the transaction seems to be acceptable under the current market conditions (unless the price appreciates before the close tomorrow).

We all shit on the Fed, but it's clear that doing dumb things like engineering a mild recession to keep the dollar strong is the whole reason the Fed exists.

Now that Musk is going to be owner start to see a lot more of their "errors" and other dirty laundry start to come to light

The transaction hasnt completed yet. There is an agreement, but no closure yet. Can Musk use stuff like this to walk from the deal?

That seems pretty shitty, i guess ignorance is actually a defense, considering if they had disclosed real users (I'm guessing they were counting the bots) they would have never been anywhere close to this valuation like Netflix.

Now if they are actually spending money on bot farms and have been, that might actually be indefensible.
