Config instructions for Attack Move bound to Mouse1
Part I of this post explains why you should use this setup and explains some of the nuances
Part II is the meat, i.e. the specific key config you will use. Skip down to here if you don't like prefatory blather.

This short guide will teach you how to bind attack-move to your left button and move to your right button. I'm a very new player, but this setup has completely altered the way I play ADC, and transformed a mechanically frustrating role into one which feels fluid and intuitive.
Making this change will require less than 5 minutes of thoughtful modification, and then you should spend a few games practicing with the new settings to readjust yourself.
Know that if you wish to bind your attack-move to your left click button, you can currently only do it in the config.ini file.
Find it in your LoL folder inLeague of Legends\Config\input.ini.
You will definitely want to make a backup of your input.ini file before you make any changes.

Notethat you will have to rebind some of your current left-click functions to a new button. Many people will choose the middle button for convenience. I use shift-left click because my middle click is an immovable rock. I will show you both ways.
Benefits of this particular setup that I haven't seen with any other setup offered online:

  1. The most difficult part about using scroll wheel as a button is that it sometimes zooms when you don't want it to. I have included two lines, Mouse4Pan and RollerButtonSpeed, which eliminate accidental zoom.
  2. Eliminates accidental attack moving while typing, zooming around minimap, or moving items around the inventory. Almost as importantly, this setup allows you to continue to use left click in the store. These settings are in the [HUDEvents] category, and took me many trial and error iterations to pin down.
  3. Protects your health and sanity. When your attack speed is high, being able to rock between the two mouse buttons is much easier on your wrist than spamming right click repeatedly, and is less mentally taxing than alternating between rightclick and shiftrightclick. Also, your APM should be higher when rocking between two different mouse buttons, which is vital in endgame when you are performing several attacks and moves every second.
One last thing to note: Youmustinclude the headers [GameEvents], [MouseSettings], and [HUDEvents] if they are not already in your config file. The settings below must go under their respective headers, or they won't work properly.
Anyway, here you go.
Copy the below into your input.ini file, removing redundant entries. This uses Middle Button to replace current Button 1 functions

As an ADC main this is awesome, I have gotten used to hitting A then clicking but this will be much much better to get used to.

My middle mouse isnt being properly bound to move my view around the map which is very annoying. Not sure whats up - will probably try to reset my keybinds in the client and replace the script.

Make sure you dont have Button 3 bound to anything else in the ini file. Also I copied the second one and replaced the shift button 1 to button 3 the second time around and it worked.

I was able to get mine to work by manually inputting the lines. Strange, but it seems to all be functioning now. It feels great as an ADC main.
Did anyone catch the EG vs Gambit game today? It felt like Gambit was just making a ton of mistakes plus their strange team... not sure how I feel about that, but I bet EG feels awesome about it.

I am mostly used to it now though I do accidentally cancel my own spells occasionally before they go off in the frantic clicking

Are you using smartcast? If not, I really suggest coupling this with smartcast. It feels very fluid.

Its with smart cast but if you left click before the spell goes off it cancels it. Like if they are just out range instead of going off when you get in range you just auto attack them instead. I just have to time the clicks better.

I -hate- smart cast. Makes it harder for me personally to land spells. I'd rather have a definitive "yes, i want to do this" with spells like Cassiopeia's Q.

I know some players swear by it; in my case I need the extra control of non-smart cast. Makes life easier when I'm doing things like(random example) running away and getting ready to wall off an entrance as Anivia or anything "prediction-based".

You can set it so if you hold the button you can do it the old way. So you hold the wall button, set it up, then let go to drop it.

If you go to additional options and check "show smartcast range indicators" you can hold down the button to see the range/placement of abilities.

Jayce is without a doubt one of the most fun champions in league at the moment imo. I only picked him up about a month ago or so and I remember playing him non-stop because his whole kit is just so much fun. Then for some reason I stopped playing him, only to start playing him again this wknd, still loads of fun. I mean the whole hammer form jump in the air doing a frontflip to smash the hammer down ontop of them, then bashing them away with your knockback is just so enjoyable. Let's not forget if you get fed early your EQ combo just chuuuunks health bars. (AoE Nidalee spears amirite?? lol)

Although I'll be damned, I still whoosh a fuckload of EQ combos. Although I'm sure if I played him constantly it wouldn't be as much of a problem.

So Elementz is gone from Curse. Also Brunch U is "retiring". All this right before the playoffs happen. Weird. I have heard that basically Saint has been blaming Elementz hardcore for their recent loses although I think it is more because of Cop and his passive ass play. Will be interesting to see what comes out of all this though.

Curse has a lot of problems but replacing elementz with rhux isn't going to fix anything imo. We'll see, I 'spose. It's just amusing to me that TSM came back from the grave and stormed first place in the NA LCS. I hope they put on a better showing than last year after this performance.

You don't think so? Hell, supports basically make or break bottom lane. I bet if Rhux plays a lot more aggressive and/or calls stuff out and assuming Cop actually pays attention and follows through with Rhux it could completely change up the whole bottom lane dynamic for them.

I do think Cop is waaaay too Solo Queue mentality though. He cares so much about his KDA there's so many times during team fights he's not even attacking, he's just running. He really needs to grow a pair, especially with Nyjacky being much more aggressive lately as well as having Saint and Voyboy who both are ballsy are hell.
