Well, you need to pick one. The guys that do the plumbing aren't the guys doing the plaster. Maybe there's a few ultra small companies out there that build 10 pools a year and do it all in house with a few guys but that's not how it really works. Every job is going to have 6+ different trades involved so if you want to build, pick one. Or be the project manager.

Fun stuff. All it took was one client threatening to sue and my employer said fuck Louisiana they're all yours! It was over a sudden rate increase which was covered in the contract.

Did not include any landscaping. We did do 100' retaining wall behind it though and backfilled with the dirt we dug out for the pool.
