Just fyi the "i threw the cat over the bonfire by accident" is false. According to the police report he poured gasoline on the cat then tossed into the fire while it was still alive.
How did you attain this information?

If you can get it why couldn't the people making the film cite the actual police report compared to what Steven Avery claimed.

Both sides of the story correct.

I love how people can't come to terms with despite getting fucked over by the police Steve Avery is still an actual sack of shit human who burns cats and runs women off the side of the road and points a gun at them. I don't even care if burning the cat was intentional or not who the fuck throws a live animal over a fire?

I just finished up ep9/10 last night. I almost died laughing that he got a new girlfriend behind bars. The whole fetish of women with incarcerated men is something that I will never wrap my head around. Even more hilarious she was basically mind cheating on her dying husband with Avery.

People who don't like cats? Lots of people consider cats the same as vermin. I love cats, but I see a lot of strays on the street because they multiply like crazy. Doesn't mean you should hurt them intentionally and if you did it sure as fuck doesn't mean you killed a woman and hid the crime in the most haphazard way possible

Has anyone came up with any other reason why Avery's DNA was in her car other than "cops did it" despite the latter having no actual proof?

His DNA is found two places. Inside the car, via the blood and on the hood latch which was non blood DNA. The blood in the car is probably most suspicious because there isn't anything else. No fingerprints, no hair. So theoretically he took the time to clean the car of fingerprints but left a bunch of random blood smears. That blood is pretty clearly planted and that's actually the most simple explanation.

The hood latch thing bugged me for a quite a bit. It's ignored in the documentary and I thought that was odd. The RAV4 is found without it's battery and this piece of evidence would be enough for me to believe that SA clearly interacted with the car in some way, as he popped the hood to remove the battery. But, turns out this was covered in trial and essentially disregarded because some investigator didn't change his gloves between working in the garage and working on the RAV4. Now does this mean that DNA without question came from cross contamination? No, of course not, but it's a big enough fuck up that it obviously shouldn't have any consideration toward his guilt.

That's as far as SA and the car goes. If you want to explain the blood in some other way, I'm all ears, but even in my stubbornness to not exclude SA as the possible murderer, I can't see any other explanation for that blood other than it was placed there.

Edit: The very beginning of BD's 3/1 confession has him stating when he got to SA's place he saw the RAV4 parked in the garage with TH dead in the back of it. So there's some circumstantial evidence of SA having driven the car into the garage. Obviously this tidbit takes with it all the questions that come with BD and his confession.

The crime investigator went straight from examining Avery's personal car to checking Albach's car and admitted in court to not changing gloves.

The forensics tech who collected the sample admitted to never changing his gloves (handling actual Avery DNA all day) and thus cast doubt on the sample. It never went anywhere in court because of this.

Young retard also said SA popped the hood to disconnect the battery. This goes back to whether or not you believe some downy fuck

He could have been careful with what he touched in the car to clean it after it's use but since he parked it in the back of a field -- presumably at night -- he didn't notice that the wound on his hand bled near the ignition. When I dust furniture at my house I have every intention of getting every spec off but sometimes I miss some areas.

Why would the battery be disconnected anyway, or was it actually removed? Like, what purpose would this serve? Only thing I could think of would be to make the vehicle harder to move.

It's the best relationship a woman could ever hope for. A man who works all day and is home at a certain time and not be cheating with other women. The men are always happy to see them. It's wins all around

I'm starting to wonder just how much Brennen knew that they simply didn't show in the documentary to keep with their thread. Like did he straight up tell them they tossed her body in the back of the RAV4? Did the public know there was her blood/hair found in the back of the RAV4 at the time? Did the public know the battery was disconnected/gone? I understand the documentary makers wanted to paint this storyline of how this retard was forced information out but I'd be interested to know just how much of the story we're getting.

Full transcripts are up on reddit...They crowdfunded them and someone put them online. If anything, they make Brendon's situation seem even worse...Some things are missing, but are in summarized form - like when the detectives took Brendon and his mom out for pizza.

The detective did say that the mom flipped and flopped if she hated the cops or not. When did they go out for pizza? I assume they treated him more as a witness who was at the scene at first more than a suspect. Then slowly they started to get the idea (either real or made up) that he was associated with the crime.

Yeah that makes zero sense. What purpose would that possibly serve? Then he towed it to the salvage yard? Or did he connect the battery again and drive it there?

After raping, torturing and killing her he took the battery wires and put them on her nipples. Duh.

Everything I've read, heard and seen discussed maintains the pattern that information was never first introduced by Brendan. Stuff was either in the news and rumor mill already. Or the cops are mentioning things first, or at least telling Brendan to tell them what happens over and over as he's guessing until they get the info they want. In the one instance the interrogator actually seems to be getting frustrated and finally says something like they know she was shot in the head so just tell them who did it, and Brendan is at least smart enough to blame Avery since that's who they've been asking him about for hours/days instead of saying he himself did it. From what I've seen people have tried to dig up some significant details that seemed to come directly from Brendan unsolicited, but I haven't seen anything yet.
