Pretty much what I got from that as well. He looked to have been fired down to his bones, which would definitely let him regen.Well if that last panel is as asploded as he got I don't thinkthat oneis too crazy for him to come back from.
Or that panel just shows when he was regenerated enough to be mobile again. From the angle that they're looking up they're pretty damn close to wherever the bomb is falling.Well if that last panel is as asploded as he got I don't thinkthat oneis too crazy for him to come back from.
Yeah, that's what I took from it.Or that panel just shows when he was regenerated enough to be mobile again. From the angle that they're looking up they're pretty damn close to wherever the bomb is falling.
I think that's what this movie is going for. Also, Red Sun touched on this.I just think he's OP in a way that either makes challenges impossible to take seriously or cheesy when the writer godhammers them into the narrative. Also, as a character I think he's really boring(there might be some meat in exploring the psychological ramifications of effectively being a living god on a planet full of needy humans but I seriously doubt we'll ever see a serious exploration of that).
Cavill can act. Routh was a good Clark Kent, but he couldn't pull off Superman. I think Cavill could pull off both given the different origin. There's no way this film will be worse than Returns. So yeah, he could carry that franchise."Hey did you see that picture of dude in tights? I'm now 100% confident he's the next Harrison Ford!"
At time of posting.. 41 hours till "something"hope we get the new trailer!
I'm betting you're right, but it's going to be tough to cram Zod into less than half the film. From the trailers it looks like the movie is divided into 2 parts: the pre-superman stuff and the actual superman stuff. While some of the pre-superman stuff looks interesting, I really hope that's only a small part of the movie. I have a fear that he's not going to actually don the costume and start being the superman we know until the end of the film.
