Yeah, the airplane scene was pretty good, too bad the movie peaked there. Superman returns and then we get another lame Lex Luthor scheme. At least it was kinda cool when the kid squashed a henchman with the piano. If youre going to bring Christopher Reeves into this, then Brandon Routh did a pretty damned good job channeling him. I enjoyed Superman Returns, but mostly because of the airplane scene. I havent watched a movie on its day of release in quite sometime. This movie will break that.
no not really. it deserves its hate. although, the hate is often misdirected. Also always felt people bash on Returns more than it really deserves. While certainly not a masterpiece there have been any number of movies that were far more disappointing to me.
I'm the same way. I'll usually watch the initial teaser and trailer and then stop if I'm planning on seeing the movie. I've found that I enjoy movies a lot more when I know as little as possible going into them.if you watch all these fucking trailers you will have seen most of the fucking movie...does that not bother any of you guys?
For movies that I know I'm going to watch I will go out of my way not to see trailers.
Except there is about 10 minutes of non repeated footage between all trailers combined. The movie is just over 2 1/2 hours long. Literally every TV spot Fedor posted is from the original trailers, there's hardly any new footage after the 3 main trailers. So literally....10 minutes of footage tops out of 153 minutes.if you watch all these fucking trailers you will have seen most of the fucking movie...does that not bother any of you guys?
10 minutes is a fuckton of movie to see before you see the movie. Though I don't agree with the idea it will spoil it or anything. I just stopped watching after 2-3 trailers because I was already sold and would rather not have any more shown to me.10 minutes of footage tops out of 153 minutes.
I got nothin. That's just good for the environment.
Booster Gold!I'll be pretty pissed if Superman is flying around holding a Mountain Dew and giving a thumbs up to the camera.
