So due to the success of this thing we can count on a Justice League movie.

To get there, first and foremost there will need to be a Wonder Twins movie. Probably need a trilogy to do this full justice. Full CGI so as not to ruin immersion and to avoid aging child actors. Mix it with live action actors for best effect.

Next and almost as importantly, reboot the Batman movies. Make these concurrent with the Wonder Twins, new trilogy over a six year time frame. Include Robin with classic costume from day one and forget all these lame villians. I'm thinking Adam Sandler's Riddler, Zach Galifianakis' Penguin, and a CGI King Tut.

At some point you will need Aquaman, Flash and Wonder Woman to round out the JLA. We already have a Green Lantern movie that was one of the best superhero movies of its time so just continue on that road.

Should put the Avengers to shame.

This movie was a solid 7/10

and you're a moron if you think the bland cast of JLA would put Avengers to shame.

Pretty sure anyone who says to reboot Batman and that the Green Lantern was one of the best superhero movies ever is trolling.

nah, I'm a big fan of Punisher, Dredd, TDK, Batman Returns and many more fine examples of the superhero genre
yeah I know my argument was wrong. But I think there's a subset of superhero movie fans who can enjoy very powerful superheroes just wrecking shit like only they can. That subset loves superman, the complement of them does not (and is lame).

I'd rather be the type of person that enjoys Man of Steel and Pacific Rim than some pussy idiot that enjoys Prometheus.

I hear Rotten Tomatoes is a great indicator as to what is really good, and I even liked 1/2 of Prometheus until it shit the bed. Critics are typically morons who amusingly tend to do what some people do on here. Say something is shit when it isn't for hits and reaction to drive ad traffic. Well minus the ad-traffic here part.

It was ok. It did have a bit to much action cutting into more action, but there were some pretty good fights in it. Especially the evil chick, her rampant murder and instant kills were pretty awesome. I imagine the action in this movie would be the equivalent to what the Matrix 4 would have looked like if they'd have made a fourth movie. There were a lot of gaping holes, and the movie did not have good flow, clearly a couple of scenarios that were dumb and not thought out...but not so much any scene where I cringed at awful dialogue or completely stupid shit...other than perhaps one line or two. It was better than the Star Trek movie, a bit less predictable...other than that Superman wins and saves Lois Lane. Not spoiling the obvious.

Look, I feel for Superman. He's an iconic character but he's impossible to write for. His powers and persona come from an age when you could write the dumbest and laziest stories and kids would buy them all up.

"Hey let's make a superhero who has the perfect childhood and is awesome at everything! That should be pretty easy to write for!"

Smallville returns!

People will all rarely agree on anything. If RT was hosted by critics from this site the movie industry would be doomed. Everyone likes to insert their opinion as law and anything that does not go along with it is obviously the words of dumb youth who know no better. Just like some like the first spiderman trilogy, others will like the new one better.
