So then in what way is he perfect? Just because he's good looking/muscular? How is that any different than marrying a stripper because she's hot and hoping it's going to work out?
Perfect for her, not a perfect human being. I don't know, you guys are really focusing on the wrong part of the story here

I dunno man, sounds like she should have known he was not the stable job going to school type from his previous jobs. Losers don't stop being losers suddenly. If she's surprised it seems like it was because she was willfully blind.

How do you reconcile these two statements together?

I just had this same conversation with my gf's family this weekend. They were all under the impression that personal trainers were college educated, accredited personal health gurus who made good money because they were experts in a field full of only experts.

By the way it's been almost a year and half. I'm practically a card carrying member of "the club". What's everyone gonna do if I get married? It'll be bedlam in here!

Uh oh. People might not be able to dismiss your opinion on their shitty relationships now!

I for one would wish you happiness, sincerely. While we can criticize the mistakes of others and point fingers and even take a little bit of solace in their misfortune, I think at the end of the day we all want our bros to be happy and healthy in the things they choose to do. If you choose to get married more power to you.

Nope I need to break up with her to keep the balance of the thread in check.

Order needs chaos.

One of my roommates years ago used to pick up hookers at the K-Mart around the corner but that K-Mart closed down so now I don't know where to go to find them.

I have a strict "no digital hooker trail" policy.

It's not. But as Khane Khane said, a lot of people think Fitness instructors are decently educated. They are usually pretty damn charismatic too, so they probably give a sense they are going places.

And when someone gets with someone like that, the first couple of years they are super over the moon with them, regardless. I've seen it happen to countless guys. From the outside in, if the job has that respectable veneer, combined with the person gushing over them, it can probably seem perfect.

You're applying men's logic to woman feels and tingles. Some women think that you can take a loser like that and mold him, change him into perfect little flower.

You're right man, this is totally a woman issue, men have never married some insecure ditzy bimbo who made their dick hard, hoping to turn them into a wife. You are completely correct to slam women on this, they're so fucking stupid! Lol!

I mean...Cad's right. I know plenty of dudes who thought they could turn a hoe into a housewife, even being well-aware of their skanky history. Dating "losers" is a pretty gender-neutral thing.

So why ask the question to begin with? Maybe she wanted a muscle nugget to show off to her friends and fucked her like a racehorse at night? /shrug

I'm guessing he was definitely laying the pipe right, assuming that Noodle's description of her is even accurate.

He must have been laying pipe like a master plumber

She looks like the type of person who wouldn't really care though
