One year starting today? Can I get engaged before a year with the wedding day played in a years time from now?

Im not sure how far your mod powers reach...
I'd wait a little bit too, but if she has her own Hobbies and personality you got it good, I wouldn't worry too much about it.

Also I think it's time to change your avatar bro, you've paid your due from the MMA thread 10 times over =p

Oh I assumed he was a GSP fan which is why I hated him a bit more

I walk in and she is in full lingerie and a thong. She's never worn either before, so she went out and got this all by herself.
....what? She has never worn a thong before? What type of underwear does she wear every other day? I thought all women age 20-35 wore thongs 90% of the time. At least ones I've dated/married.

My wife doesn't care for thong underwear either. I can understand it seems really uncomfortable. I'd say with girls I've been with it leans heavier towards them wearing just normal bikini style underwear daily over thong.

This is also true for my wife.

She isn't a big 'girly girl' type and probably doesn't appreciate string up her butt.

Thongs or lacey boy cut for me. If I wear bikini panties, my husband calls them grandma underwear and makes fun of me. And the bikini panties I own, all four pairs of them are tiny little things. Yeah, he's spoiled.

As for the marriage too young thing. Meh. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

I was married at twenty. I met my husband online in the summer of 2004. He came up to visit me that summer, spent a week together, spent the next four months on the phone like 8 hours a day. Spent two weeks together at Christmas that year and decided we never wanted to be apart again. He proposed in February of that year, flying back to Canada from England for two days then I moved to England with him about a month later. We were married that summer. So time actually spent physically together before we decided to get married? Three weeks. Still happy nine years later.

I was just about to post that calling all non-thong panties "grannies" will get you very close to the coveted 100% thong position.

Yes sometimes these things work out, and it's great that you have such a good marriage that's still stable after so much time. But I hope you know... what the two of you did was fucking crazy.

Ok and back to the very first thing I came to this thread about. Vasectomies!

So I get migraines when I'm on my period. Every single month without exception. I've switched types of birth control three times this year trying to find something that lessens them, or even better, gets rid of them. But nope, it seems that my body has had enough and if I'm on any sort of hormonal birth control, I'm just going to get migraines.

Which leads to the vasectomy. He still refuses to even talk about it. Just says he doesn't want surgery or doesn't want to get cut open. And yes I've tried explaining what it involves and asking him to read about it.

Argh, just needed to vent because I am in pain and super grumpy.

That's silly. Its outpatient. 1 slice, 1 tug, 1 snip, 3 stitches. Then lots of freaky sex when you lie to your wife about how much it hurt and what you sacrificed for the good of the marriage.

It takes a real man to let a doctor mutilate his junk. A brave man. A mans man.

If you have a friend who knows what they're doing, they can just snip it with their teeth.

To sort of echo Blazin;

I would look at the MANY MANY bc alternatives not requiring surgery first. All surgery's carry a risk which is why they make you sign a waiver saying "unforeseen shit might happen so dont blame us".

My wife was on traditional pill BC for a while and was getting a period like once every 2-3 weeks and it was really annoying. Since she's been on her IUD she has completely stopped having one.
