Really? Be dead? If the chick is cheating on you there's obviously something wrong, just cut your losses and move on. Same thing with the whole "I've got to discover myself" stuff, obviously they're not happy with their current situation, whether that's related to fucking another dude or just thinking they can get more out of a relationship/person then you need to not act like a child and realize that maybe, your current thing isn't working out for both parties.

There's just a lot of social guilt for girls to act slutty/sexy, once they either get past that (get old enough to not give a fuck) or you get them in situations where their actions won't be held against them by people they know (Vegas, vacation, etc) they are just as horny and sexual as men. Maybe still a bit more picky, but don't underestimate a woman's sex drive once you know how to turn them on.

I'll agree there. When I had first moved back here I was sleeping with one my little sister's friend and they were pretty upset because she was "slutty" and slept with a lot of guys. I found it pretty strange since ... I was pretty slutty and slept with a lot of women. It's stupid that people feel that way though, sex is sex. Feels great for both parties most of the time so why would you not want to do it?

Not religion directly, but religion formed the social stigma against casual sex. The more secular the society is, generally, the less sexually repressed it is as well. Western Europe and Japan for example don't have nearly the social stigmas that we do around sex because Western Europe has been secularizing for a long time and Japan never was heavily religious.

Yea, I never understood why people get so mad at the third party unless it was their friend so the betrayal is direct. If it's some anonymous (to you) stranger, you had no agreement with him and he owes you nothing. Sure, he's an asshole for sleeping with a married woman, but your problem is with her, not him.

Yeah that's not really true. Japan is obsessed with keeping women as pure and innocent as possible. It's part of the reason why Japanese women are so awful in bed.

Yea, I get they like to act innocent (rather than letting that beast out, which would make them more fun), but everything I've read (never been to Japan, so I'm sure you'll correct me if I'm wrong) says Japanese girls are relatively easy, and casual about sex. Especially to white Americans.

I was trying to maintain my alpha male role. I've personally never been cheated on (that I know of?) so I can't honestly say how I would react. The rationalist in my says I'd be pissed at my so who is cheating, but I suppose it would be dependent on the situation, most importantly who the guy is.
