Also worth noting the percentage effectiveness stats are for a single year. You multiply that per year over a woman's fertile lifetime (especially if she isn't taking it "perfectly" every time) and it's not crazy to think an unintended pregnancy can happen.

Child wont be raised a witness. We havehad many discussions about this topic.
She will get disfellowshiped. Then get reinstated by going to meetings etc when shes ready. Then disassociate herself.
She will have to be away from her family but not very long. A year at most.
We discussed our kids being raised to think for themselves and not be exposed to any one religion till they can choose whatever they want.
Typing all this from my phone at work btw so please excuse the quick explanations
